AFFIRMATION
(in which we reclaim and reanimate perfection patterns) I AM the Angelic Essence of Hope, the radiation of optimistic confidence.
I AM its anchorage within Humanity.
I AM a Flame transmitting the Cosmic Hope of my Celestial Ancestors.
I AM the Light of Hope piercing into every lingering darkness on Earth.
I AM every good thing I have ever desired for myself and for Humanity now taking life in the Heart of Hope. One with Ascending Humanity,

Beloved notes of my Cosmic Song ringing out Hope and Confidence to the world, I love you. I offer you my utmost gratitude for your service of being in the body and, given all the apparent distress of the outer world, still having the spiritual awareness and fortitude to serve with us in a very conscious and hopeful way. Thank you! Stars of Honor are added often to your Book of Life in the Ascended Realms. It is a sublime pleasure to have a Union of Consciousness with you this month and throughout this "Cosmic Moment."
Gabriel's Horn is the Ascended Keynote of Hope, emitted into the frequency forcefield of Earth. What carries the day between good and evil in any forcefield is whether the prevailing energy (or mass consciousness) is spiralling up or down in frequency. The reason the quality of Hope is associated with the Fourth Solar Ray is because it is an aspect of the Ascension Activity. In the Ascended Realms, the prevailing energies always spiral upwards closer to the Heart of all goodness and perfection. That is to say, there is always Hope in Heaven. This is the forcefield we eternally exist within--an unshakable confidence and optimism in which we live, move and have our being. This is not just a "wish" but a constant "reality." This forcefield was provided for us by our ancestors, and we provide it for you. In turn, you shall provide it for generations of beings yet to come. With the anchorage of the Universal Forcefield of Alignment,[1] you begin to realize what this means. Hope is a Cosmic Reality with which you align yourself, your family, your nation, your culture and your race until all Humanity knows the Power of God's Supreme Confidence! Ascended Masters take refuge in this forcefield when needing to stem the tide of lower forces while assisting this sweet Earth. Therefore, it is of inestimable assistance to Humanity in Her struggle with imbalance during the transition into Fifth-Dimensional Solar Christ Consciousness. When Beloved Jesus went to the desert to pray and purify himself, he was aligning himself with Cosmic Hope, for he knew the struggles that lay ahead--the same struggles you currently live within.
ANGELS
The Hope of the world is of transformed consciousness. Angels are a source of transformed awareness in your daily life. Transmission of Divine Consciousness to and from the Angels continually ascends Humanity's awareness. Hence, serving on the Fourth Ray are what you refer to as "Guardian Angels." These magnificent Beings guard the Hope of the planet, for they guard the "spiritual jewel" of Earth--the developing Solar Christ Consciousness of Ascending Humanity. Attuning to the Angels brings a vibratory clearing, relieving the static of discordant energies within your aura that interfere in the Divine Guidance of God effectively reaching the outer consciousness and, hence, governing daily life. Your Solar Christ Consciousness is the Divine instrument that will draw the Golden Age Frequency into manifestation. The Ascended Master Teachings have stated that just as there is the constant presence of radio waves in a room, not until the correct instrument is present (a radio) and turned on, can they be of any use to Humanity. So it is in anchoring the Golden Age. In times of planetary crises, we require, more than ever, Lightworkers who can sustain this peaceful connection with the Great God Presence on a constant basis. Here, meditation and detachment exercises are mandatory, but what often makes the difference is the invocation of the Angels.[2] They assist immeasurably in cultivating and maintaining a sustained vibration of harmony.
VISUALIZATION
I encourage you to also "go to the desert." That is, to consciously take the time within the Great Silence, and align yourself, and through you, Humanity with the Cosmic Forcefield of Hope. Such meditations are like a shower of higher frequency and intense spiritual radiation. Here I bathe you in my essence of Cosmic Hope, Celestial Optimism and Supreme Confidence. With this in mind, join me now in my Temple, in the Flame Room, as I take you into the Cosmic Heart of Hope. We enter a great sea of radiant white Light. Angels step forth out of this Cosmic mist. We acknowledge the Angels and send them our gratitude. We notice the scientific precision with which they assimilate your presence into their aura. They are active and powerful in this process, as long as they first have your invocation, intent and pure focus. Next, a wondrous thing happens. Their magnificent Light clears your vibratory slate clean, whereupon you instantly become a Divine Transmission of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness from "On High." As you are raised up as a Solar Christ Presence developing on Earth, so is all life raised up with you. Thus, you provide an opportunity for the Angels to move all life forward into the Light! Softly, but assuredly, you realize "I AM the Horn of Gabriel." Feel the Cosmic Keynote of Hope blazing through you, sustaining confidence in the goodness of life and the supremacy of this truth within daily life. This is exhilarating, for it stimulates every fiber of your being and further aligns you with Universal I AM. Celestial sound, color, fragrance, taste and the sweet touch of Angels caress your senses. Then, while here in my Flame Room, your brain registers only the perfection of the Universe, all according to your evolving consciousness. The more you practice this, the more the Angels may help to permanently sustain this state of harmony within you and Humanity wherever you are. Returning to your daily life, think of Angels, and particularly your Guardian Angel, as spiritual batteries that never wear down. They only grow stronger as you use them for that is their purpose for Being. You complete them, even as they complete you, and your Brother- /Sisterhood is restored. I will always be there in this activity of Angels, for therein is my service in sustaining the Hope of the world! Legions upon Legions of Angels await your invocation, so that together we may set a contagion of Hope blazing throughout this sweet Earth. Now is the hour of my coming and for Hope to reclaim the world! And So It Is, Beloved I AM!
ENERGY, VIBRATION AND CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE SUN GODDESS, ISIS
Beloved sons and daughters of Alpha and Omega, I AM Isis of the Solar Logos Osiris and Isis. I come representing not only our Solar System--that which is closest to the Central Sun--but all Cosmic Beings who carefully monitor the progress of Earth. The permanent Ascension of the Earth back into Oneness with God Consciousness is the final necessary initiation of the impending Cosmic Inbreath, and it affects the entire Galaxy. As you know, this mighty activity is to move each planet closer to its local Sun, but also move each Solar System closer to the Central Sun.[3] With that, our Solar System will be fully assimilated into the Spheres of Light (Causal Body) around Alpha and Omega. As you might imagine, there is a tremendous swell of anticipation throughout our Solar System awaiting this permanent Ascension into such glorious perfection. Some years ago I relayed to the Lightworkers the story of the great Solar Initiation of Helios and Vesta as God Parents of a Solar System.[4] This Ceremony was presided over by Beloved Serculata, the Cosmic Mother of all Silent Watchers within the Universe of Alpha and Omega. It is her glorious Light Body which manifests the stupendous Octaves of Light around Alpha and Omega. Within this Cosmic Ceremony, she selected 49 supreme Seraphim from the Central Sun and charged them to establish a Forcefield of Completion of the Divine Plan of Earth--even at the very beginning of the outbreath of your Solar System. Forty-nine were selected, as only seven of the twelve planets of Alpha and Omega chose the Initiation of becoming a Sun. Each planet would evolve a unique momentum along each of the Seven Rays of Planetary Christhood, with full completion being seven times seven or 49. Of the 49 Seraphim that came, only one remained to sustain that Forcefield of Completion for the Earth and every individual evolving upon and within Her body. This Mighty Being you know as Serapis Bey, Lord of the Ascension Flame. The Forcefield of Completion is another way of saying the final Ascension of all life--the completion of the Divine Plan. Beloved Serapis' great service to life is well known to most of you, including his many embodiments which were a Cosmic sacrifice for such a stupendous Being of Light. Each of the 49 Seraphim established mighty foci of their particular Ray into the atmosphere and substance of Earth. Although always known to the Illuminati of the Race, these foci became quiescent to the masses after the "great fall" but have been under the guardianship of Beloved Serapis and the Legions of Angels that serve with him.
COSMIC DISPENSATION
I may now announce that in this very Cosmic moment, Beloved Serculata has reconvened the original 49 Seraphim! Each one has agreed to return to Earth to fully re-animate their particular Foci of Power within the global Forcefield of Completion. This is a tremendous step forward in the Ascension of the Earth and Her Humanity and the completion of the original Divine Plan. Realize, dear ones, that the Divine Plan itself is a forcefield of supreme Energy, Vibration and Consciousness. It is so powerful that Beloved Cosmic Holy Spirit has stated: "All the forces of hell combined with all their energies cannot prevail against the smallest thought which is in agreement with the Divine Plan unless the individual holding that thought relinquishes it. So, know that you have an invulnerable armor and a tremendous power to free, heal and to hold peace, unless you surrender your thought for a less perfect thought in the mind or heart of another."[5] These magnificent 49 Seraphim come now to reestablish this victory in the daily affairs of Humanity. Each of them represents one of the Seven Rays of Planetary Christhood under the influence of one of the other Seven Rays. For example, the Third Ray comes forth under the influence of the First Ray of Power, then under the Second Ray of Wisdom, then in its pure form, then under the influence of the Fourth Ray of Hope and Resurrection, then under the influence of the Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Rays respectfully. Each foci is a unique Temple, a Cosmic momentum of spiritual development that has allowed every other planet in this Solar System to graduate through planetary Christhood and onto the Twelve-fold Solar Christ Path of Cosmic Consciousness. So it shall be now for this sweet Earth. Graduating from full Seven-fold Planetary Christhood takes that person or race beyond the ego-based problems of war, poverty, ignorance and separation and into the Grace of Holy Spirit--mercy, forgiveness, compassion, enlightenment, etc. Imagine seven diverse centers of God's Will, Power and Protection, seven diverse Centers of Illumination, Understanding and Wisdom, seven diverse Centers of Divine Love, seven diverse Centers of Hope, Resurrection and Ascension, seven diverse Centers of Truth, Healing and Consecration, seven diverse Centers of Peace and God's Grace and then seven diverse Centers of the Violet Fire in all its wondrous blessings. These 49 Centers together seal the door where separation dwells! In turn, they are the open doors to the Billion-Being Procession where every person is now drawn to outpicture their innate spiritual Ray that they were born to in the Sun. Then, every day is spent radiating that Ray's unique gift that may only come forth through that particular individual--his/her Divine Plan. Imagine that, right now, any sincere soul can invoke any of these 49 Divine qualities at any time, feeling them so close as to reach out and touch them, for these 49 Centers vibrate locally in your immediate atmosphere of daily life, not in some far off, mysterious place. In fact, beyond the main global foci, all 49 Centers vibrate within your Causal Body and within your physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies. Think of it! As above, so below--the microcosm out-picturing the macrocosm. All of these centers within Humanity are now being reenergized, resurrected and ascended into daily life. Each one of Ascending Humanity is a Focus of Divine Completion--an Ascension Temple unto themselves!
Imagine Seven Centers of Peace into which all Humanity may tap to ensure that your constant prayers for Peace are absolutely God Victorious! Imagine Seven Centers of Forgiveness that, when constantly invoked, create the ability within Humanity to let go of all old hurts and let the God Presence of each one reestablish the Divine Plan in any given situation. Imagine Seven Centers of God's Will that ensure Humanity's intent and motive is kept at the highest vibration. And on and on through the Rays. These Centers are but the God Parents manifesting within Earth and Humanity--and Humanity and Earth outpicturing God, as is the Divine Plan. These 49 Centers can be invoked into any person, place, condition and thing. Doing so from within your own Christ Consciousness that ensure the original 49 Seraphim will be present. Thus will the Forcefield of the Divine Plan bring forth its power to ensure the Ascension of that person, place, condition or thing into Oneness with God (Christ Consciousness). These 49 Seraphic Centers form a forcefield, whether globally (from the 49 original, first established at the beginning of the world) or the 49 within you, as a personal Forcefield of Completion. Again, the teaching of AEolus: "By practicing your presence within this Kingdom, you will find that it becomes fact rather than fancy." With the 49 Seraphim returning to Earth's atmosphere, the Energy, Vibration and Consciousness of the Golden Age is ever so much "closer to home" that it becomes Home! Whereupon you may accelerate your consciousness into it all the easier. We have always taught that you enter the Golden Age whenever you contact Cosmic Beings or even read our words. Now it is easier to be constantly enveloped within the Golden-Age vibration through the assistance of these 49 Seraphim, as well as Angels of all graded orders. This is the Divine State where Humanity already abides when governed by the Laws of Life that have always governed Christ Consciousness souls. I ask that you invoke Beloved Serapis Bey and, through him, all the other 48 Seraphim from the Central Sun. I also ask you to create your own visualization, seeing these Seraphic Lords and their foci illuminating the planet with such Light that all human-ego problems disappear into that Light. See yourself as a microcosm of this, meditating on all 49 Centers within you. These once again reconfirm your own Ascension through the Seven-fold Planetary Christ onto the path of Solar Christ Consciousness. Then know, with Cosmic confidence, that as I AM raised up, so is all life raised up with me, and the Ascension of Humanity into Her destined Light is made manifest. I might add that beyond the Circle of the 49, I see a Circle of 144 Seraphim, the power of the 12 x 12! This is that time when Humanity, en mass, has completed the initiation of Planetary Christhood and moves along the Solar Christ path. But this is for another visit, hopefully very soon. At present, we are about our Father-Mother God's business of uniting all who have already agreed to pass into the next orbit of Earth and into basic Oneness, permanently sealing the door where separation dwells. This is already God Victorious because through your Christ Presence flows the Cosmic Light of your I AM Presence, your Causal Body and the full Glory of your White Fire Being. This occurring through the Lightworkers alone would be sufficient. However, it is now occurring through all Humanity, and see what Glory immediately awaits this sweet Earth!

The following invocation calls forth the power of the Seven Planetary Rays through the Archangels and their Legions of Light. Using seven candles lit in succession, music, fragrance and maintaining a deep feeling of loving oneness with the Angel Host, we invite them into our atmosphere. As the Presence of God, I AM, on behalf of all Humanity, we invite and invoke the mighty Angelic Host--Archangels, Archaii, Seraphim, Cherubim, Angelic Legions and Shining Spirits--Agents of the Attributes of God. Descend into our atmosphere now, and as we raise our consciousness to greet Thee, come, come, come and join us in our united service realigning our energies with the Divine.
