This video is based on my opinion about the USGS and their updates concerning the ongoing ERUPTIONS at the Kilauea volcano. The US GS states in today's update here, that all activity was confined to fissure number 17. https://volcanoes.usgs.gov/volcanoes/... The truth is however that there was definitely major eruptive activity going on a fissure 18, with boulders the size of cars being tossed into the air thousands of feet. Freedom of the press exists as a protection for the American people to get the truth. As a tax payer funded entity, it is also the job of the USGS to deliver the truth and not be pressured by local officials to water down what is actually going on. God forbid, the worst happens, but if it does, it is on the media and the USGS for bowing down to political pressure from local officials, in my opinion.
