Beverly Eckert, is one of the family members of a victim of the 9-11 attacks/ She refused to take the government's pay off of $2 million dollars and demanded to know the truth about her husband's death. She was one of the main plaintiffs in the case recently filed in a California Superior Court suing the Bush Administration, not for negligence related to 9-11, but for planning it. They do have the smoking gun, a document by Bush ordering the attacks. Further, attorney for the plaintiffs, Stanley Hilton, a former top aid to Bob Dole, deposed top US military personnel, WHO ADMITTED THAT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WAS INVOLVED IN THE PLANNING OF THE ATTACKS ON 9-11!

The case was dismissed (for political reasons, because claiming wrongful death is never an insufficient cause of action, so long as you have death and you are claiming it was wrongfully caused by another person), although the case is under appeal.

What you are failing to see, in your position that you do not want to rock the boat, is that the boat is already rocking out of control and you are definitely going to end up in the water. The tyranny will increase in America to intolerable levels, not because of a need for security due to terrorism, but because the mafia mentality of the thieves is to control us so we never are in a position to bring justice to these degenerates. America, we get a grade of an F- for doing the most important job an American can do - making sure that we leave a land of freedom and liberty to our kids, at a minimum, as much as the land we were handed down from our parents. Instead, we have handed down massive debt, restricted Constitutional liberties, a tyrannical and criminal government with ZERO accountability, and virtually no hope for a better life than we had.
