their key people to remain ‘in session’, despite ‘recess’ of everyone else. Congress is still in session despite the ‘recess’. On June 20, 1948, Congress ‘recessed’ for the rest of the ‘session-year’. It did not ‘adjourn’. Old business yet ‘pending’ from the previous ‘Congress’ [79th] not yet voted on for final determination of the full Senate and House, was brought on the floor of the House and Senate, even though ‘recessed’. Titles 3, 18, 28, and the Federal Magistrate Act were all alleged to have been ‘enacted’ on June 25, 1948. But, the full House and Senate were ‘out’ under ‘recess’. Whoever present in formal proceedings, ‘passed’ these pending ‘bills’. It is now a matter of undisputed fact, based upon Congressional Archive certified documents, which I have already forwarded to you, based upon six years of work by a law researcher in Texas, Title 18 was never lawfully ‘enacted’ whatsoever. But, that would also apply to the other Titles as well, given all are alleged to have been passed on the same day. In fact, they never got out of the House or Senate from the preceding year, but were given this special ‘contra-vention/circumvention’ treatment in the 80th Congress under Truman. Truman, Hoover, FDR et al. were all traitors to the American people and the Republic. These federal ‘titles’ are the result of things put into motion under FDR’s executive orders in 1933, HJR-192 of 1933, and various ‘emergency’ legislation and judicial determinations between 1933 and 1938. The whole nation went down the tubes during that time, and has been completely subjugated, ‘reformed’, ‘corporatized’ at every level since 1933. ‘Congressional recesses’ are one of the procedural ways that dirty business gets done while most of those people are not even in DoC. How convenient. That’s pretty much the way the Federal Reserve Bank Act was ‘passed in Dec 1913, twenty years earlier, and how HJR-192 got passed in June 1933 and E.O. 6166 was declared operative as ‘emergency executive law’ June 10, 1933 just one day before Senate Doc 43 was issued on June 11, 1933. Remember, 1913 was also when the real IRS got jump started.

What’s even more interesting is the fact that these major pieces of Darkside ‘legislation’ and other ‘law making’ all happen on the 10 AND 20 points of the tweny-year sunspot cycle, which is what the Montauk time manipulation time travel technology on Long Island operates on. One cycle is twenty years, and a half cycle is ten. They have been using this technology, since the Nazi’s developed it secretly on Long Island even before the end of WWII. That is what the Philadelphia Experiment was all about. And, Bush-Clinton and the DVD have full control of it. We wonder why things have not gotten better or reverse? One good reason is that they have special time travel ‘away’ teams that go back and forth and accomplish missions to assure eventual outcomes in the present. Every ten and twenty years, on the years that are multiples of the “3” year, ie. 1913, 1923, 33, 43, 53, 63, 73, 83, 93, 2003, 2013, major time-event changes are manipulated, ‘precipitated’, or may be anticipated under control of the Swamp Creature, which controls the Montauk site and all major technology on planet. Montauk technology is operating in synch with HAARP as well, and the micro-wave/scalar through ‘platforms’ and satellites in space, the cell tower grid, other secret military communications grids that operate at about 30’ above ground, under-ocean grid, etc. These grids are all inter-active and are used for all manner of nefarious purposes, including control of weather, radionic broadcast for mood-mind [MK-Ultra] control, population control [creating cell communication dis-function and ‘disease’ etc.] . From what I understand, their technology is 300 years + more advanced than what is commercially available to the masses, and so sophisticated, it can trigger seismic events etc. with pinpoint accuracy, eliminate any human no matter where located as long as a ‘DNA signature’ is locked in etc.

Thanks for your reply. Hope Casper’s latest post is accurate. From what I’m seeing going on in the courts and law enforcement, things are growing darker daily.
