Deliveries have again been stopped, this time by Bush Sr., Bush Jr., The Clintons and Obama.
The packs are back at the UPS Offices in D.C..
ALL the above are saying, with one voice, they can not allow the packs to be delivered, that if they are 'it is all over for them'.
