CASPER UPDATE #2: OCTOBER 17, 2009
The trigger packs left D.C. around 1p.m. for delivery tonight but were called back by the German World Court Justice (as any Judge can) working for MERKLE while enroute to recipients. This Judge says we will "never ever see the packs". As usual they will be returned to D.C...
This puts the German Hierarchy with OBAMA and the QUEEN and at least one World Court Judge pushing English Rule over America. .
OBAMA and all who he represents wants the U.S. returned to English Rule. BUSH SENIOR is the Brains of this outfit.

It's about damn time something be done with it.

P.S. Recall our previous updates ref the three consecutive 70 year Bankruptcy of Nations Contracts entered into by the U.S. and how the 3rd one expired in April of this or last year? And how hard WE tried to get our hands on a copy which included a trip to Switzerland?
Is there anyone out there who knows whether those contracts contain any reference to a return to English Rule??????????
