CASPER UPDATE #2 APRIL 28, 2009
Most of the Gold to China and back to the U.S. was Gold Certificates.
Some or all of the D.C. packages were delivered by the Military to the Pentagon where, from a Special Operations Room, the Pentagon has been trying for two days to access (break into) our accounts.
THIS HAS BEEN DONE ON THE DIRECT ORDERS OF THE MAN WHO WALKS ON WATER.
So far they have not suceeded.
