CASPER UPDATE: APRIL 9, 2009
It would be wrong to ever view the PRC (Communist China) as our friend or a friend of American aims, goals or values. They are still one of the most repressive governments on the planet, they imprison decedents including Christian religious leaders, they kill and imprison for life Monks demonstrating in the streets of Tibet, they shoot down by the hundreds their own citizens when they have organized demonstrations, they invariably side politically with the worst dictators in the world and they protect, via their veto power in the Security Counsel, such things as IRAN'S nuclear development. They are not our friend, they are our CREDITOR. The attempts by the BUSH'S, the CLINTONS, OBAMA, etc. to "partner up" with these goons and to turn wide swaths of our country over to them to satisfy debt is testament to the Communist/Illuminati mindset of the radicals who have had and continue to have control of the D.C. based Corporation of the UNITED STATES which pretends to be and acts as if it is the United States. IT IS NOT. "They" set the constitution aside in 1933 and we have been ruled by "Public Policy" since that time while under, to this day, "Emergency Rule" declared by Roosevelt at that time and who also placed our country, at that time, into still another 70 year Bankruptcy of Nations Contract which expired in April of 2008. It was not until 1938, after FDR's attempts to stack the supreme court, when his actions of '33 were finally codified into law by the Supreme Court, hence expiration in '08. Since then BUSH and OBAMA have attempted to place our country into another 70 year extension of the Bankruptcy so as to maintain virtual dictatorial control of our country as confirmed by sub-committees of the Senate reporting to the Whole Senate in Senate Report Number xx-xxx(I forget) which was signed by the leading Senators of the day in the 1970's. Once in office, once aware of their dictatorial control, none of the eleven presidents since FDR have been willing to end the "Emergency Rule" and give up that all encompassing power, including OBAMA. The way the legislation was written in '33, only the President can declare the "emergency ended". Instead, if you are a C-span viewer, you have witnessed over the years the formal declaration of the "Continuing Emergency" dozens of times on the House and Senate floors which always arrives as "A Message From the President" and is read aloud openly declaring the continuing Emergency(ies).
Acting under Emergency Rule OBAMA, like BUSH before him, orders certain packs enroute to us over and over again, "returned to base" which has become Treasury rather than the Supreme Court which was the BUSH hideout. His "cover" is almost certainly "Public Policy" as interpreted by him and is always in opposition to World Court Rulings which has jurisdiction because these are "International Packages". Many many different sets of "orders" have gone out from there demanding delivery. The packs move, apparently to avoid violating W.C. orders, but they are always called back, always by OBAMA and his helpers such as GEITHNER, sometimes while still in the air. Never mind how WE know this, WE KNOW.
Even if it were true that not all packs are in Treasury it is not difficult to observe that when those deliveries are blocked no other deliveries arrive either and worldwide schedules are violated again and again.
Simultaneous with the above the attempts to trade OPM, any OPM, never ends and the attempts to break into accounts containing OPM never stops either.

Simultaneous with the above the Domestic Fraudulent Finance activity never ends and is constantly expanded adding ever more Trillions of unpayable debt onto generations of taxpayers. Unlike the previous Tiny Tim this one is not "tip toeing" thru anything, he is a bulldozer pushing fraudulent bank paper onto taxpayers using slick scams one after another not unlike the slick financial paper scams which caused the problems in the first place.
At stake from "their" point of view is the type of future government we are to have in this country, the future of fiat currencies, dollar hegemony, fractional banking, life or death of the Corporation, control of the Courts (Maritime vs Article III Constitutional), suppression of a wide array of criminal acts under "color of law", continued control of the media and the loudest microphones and very likely a struggle for their Political lives as they are elected officers of the Corporation and its imposed "Democracy" not representatives of the people under a Constitutional Republic.
Simultaneous with the above Government takeover of American Society in all respects, not just the economy, continues unabated at break neck speed. We the people are now proud owners of Freddie and Fannie, we own 80% of AIG, we have taken ownership positions in the Banks, we are taking over the Auto Industry and will tell them which cars they can build, soon we will be told which doctor we can see and when, we are about to inherit the bailout of the Insurance Companies and we are about to finance GEITHNER/OBAMA/BERNAKE buddies taking of toxic bank "assets" at inflated prices and with loans which are recourse to taxpayers but non recourse to their "private buddies". Already this new Socialist/Communist Government is firing various private enterprise employees, dictating the income of others, even those who have not accepted taxpayer funds, announcing such things as "climate control" by spewing pollution into the upper atmosphere (to reflect the sun) for which huge new expenditures are expected, increasing BUSH'S 160B bailout to TRILLIONS of additional bailouts, pushing Communist like legislation on many fronts such as no more secret ballots for union workers and approximately five hundred additional observations which could be made if time permitted.
In summary it boils down to the destruction of the country we grew up with which is being replaced by Centralized Government Control of everything, appeasement all over the world, bowing down in public to Muslim Kings (creditors), the destruction of any semblance of fiscal responsibility, attempted partnerships with Communist and a willingness to "hand over" our nations assets to our former and/or current enemies. In short, a cadre of extreme left wing liberal elites, armed with the backing of an ignorant constituency, in partnership with an equally corrupt and equally guilty element of right wing elites, are implementing daily, and visibly, an orchestrated take over of the LATE GREAT USA.
Only the bad guys and their activities are in full view. The opposition is not very visible but represents a return to the Constitution, our funding, the worlds funding, honest banking, metals backed currencies, an end to U.S. Dollar hegemony, the end of the FED RES, etc.. These are the good guys and their efforts go on around the clock and in the end they (which is really "we") will win. You can count on that outcome in spite of the daily Trauma and Drama.
In our view the packs would not go out (World Court Orders) and be pulled back (Obama Orders) over and over again if the war was completely won. I personally view today's delays as unexpected late hour skirmishes which are being dealt with as they arise.
Today someone asked whether the Casper updates could be forwarded, even to government officials, to try to get some action. They can be forwarded anywhere as they are public information but it will do no good to forward them to those committed to the status quo such as Congress.
It is better to send them, or better yet your own version of their content, to your fellow citizens who don't realize what is happening.
By now there must be thousands of these updates not counting those of other messengers.
It is doubtful the average citizen could ever be "brought to speed". Calls to deluge D.C. switchboards fell on deaf ears.
This information can not be brought to the public at larges attention so long as the bad guys control the microphones and the media.
At this time, mid day Thursday the 9th, the packs are in Treasury.
