An engrossing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today noting President Donald Trump having just warned that “China owns Joe Biden” and is hatching a plan to meddle in the November election, says this escalation of tensions has been met with American envoy William Brent Christensen joining Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen at a military memorial in a further affront to Communist China, while India has just declared it’s prepared for military action if their talks with Communist China break down—all of which is occurring at the same time powerful Typhoon Bavi is preparing to smash into North Korea, where already thousands of houses and public buildings have been flooded, nearly 100,000 acres of crops damaged, and critical infrastructure destroyed, mostly in the country’s agricultural heartland, which suffers chronic food shortages and rationing even during normal times—the catastrophic effects of which cannot be coming at a more dangerous time for the world, as credible stories are beginning to emerge that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is in a coma and power has been handed over to his sister Kim Yo Jong—with the grave significance being that unlike her brother, Kim Yo Jong is a ruthless firm backer of Communist China

Acting on the basis that Kim Yo Jong is in charge of North Korea, this past week President Trump released a video titled “With Joe Biden, China Is In Charge”—that aside from its having an astonishing over 15-million views, most critical to notice about was prominently featured as a campaign advertisement in the Washington Post to the horror of leftist journalists—that yesterday was followed by the Washington Post publishing an article containing what are said to be secretly taped audio recordings of Maryanne Trump Barry saying such things about her brother President Trump like “he has no principles” and “you can’t trust him”—secret recordings top President Trump advisor Jason Miller said about: “Sibling rivalries are nothing new in the world, it's been going on since the beginning of time”—and when combined in the mindset of a closed-off from the world North Korean dynastic ruler like Kim Yo Jong, would see them confirming her worst fears that President Trump is a parasitic “Junkyard Dog” leader whose actions can’t be predicted or constrained—a confirmation that couldn’t have been confirmed in the mind of Kim Yo Jong by anyone else other than the sister of President Trump, as above all other leaders, she knows first hand what sibling rivalries are.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, as North Korea continues plunging into the abyss of catastrophe due to devastating floods and economic calamity, on 13 August it refused all offers of aid from the outside world—a refusal followed 4-days ago, on 20 August, by Kim Jong Un offering a rare public acknowledgement of several crises North Korea is currently facing—with his citing “severe internal and external situations” and “unexpected challenges”—his then conceded government failures to improve the country’s economy, and noting that “many of the planned goals for national economic growth have not yet been attained nor have the people’s living standards improved markedly”—all combining to make what is being called “an unprecedented admission and demonstrates the severity of North Korea’s current dire economic situation”.

With Kim Jong Un further announcing a rare Workers Party Congress, this report details, critical to notice is that none of these pronouncements were made by him personally, as they were all official statements released by the North Korean government—that were followed by North Korea launching a baffling new website called “Anti-Smoking 1.0”—made baffling because Kim Jong Un has been a lifelong smoker, and this website holds smokers like him in disdain—but does explain why South Korean ex-diplomat Kim Dae Jung is now stating about Kim Jong Un that: “I assess him to be in a coma, but his life has not ended”—his further stating that Kim Yo Jonghas been given powers to rule serves as proof”—and his assessing that: “A complete succession structure has not been formed, so Kim Yo Jong is being brought to the fore as the vacuum cannot be maintained for a prolonged period”.

As to how a closed-off from the world nation like North Korea having nuclear weapons can be effectively dealt with by its adversaries in the midst of its dealing with a power vacuum, this report continues, was best explained by Italian Renaissance diplomat Niccolò Machiavelli, who in the 16th Century argued “how at times it is a very wise thing to simulate madness”—simulated madness nuclear strategists have been talking about at least since Herman Kahn declared, in his 1962 book “Thinking About The Unthinkable”, how it could be effective to “look a little crazy” in inducing an adversary to stand down—irrational behavior like that displayed by Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev during the Cuban missile crisis—and in the 1970s, saw President Richard Nixon instructing Secretary of State Henry Kissinger to convince the leaders of hostile communist countries that he could be erratic and volatile, particularly when under pressure—with Kissinger, being a shrewd practitioner of realpolitik, quirkily seeing the potential in this approach, which he readily implemented—and with that, the “madman theory” of diplomacy was born.

With President Trump undoubtedly employing a “madman theory” strategy against 31-year-old leader Kim Yo Jong to thwart any aggression she may be planning, this report concludes, remaining to be determined is if peace can be sustained between the United States and North Korea—as above all else, Communist China would like nothing more than to push them into conflict in order to damage President Trump’s election chances—which if happens, the world will finally see how much of a madman Trump really is—and might not like what it sees.
