September 15, 2017: * Major Update* HURRICANE NORMA Hurricane Norma is forecasted to make a Western Mexico landfall on the morning of September 19 near Huatabampo, Mexico. Models are showing this storm to be a significant rain maker, expect EXTREME flash flooding in that area.
