Climate change, diversity, and equity: it’s ALL a scam
http://www.fourwinds10.net/siterun_data/environment/weather_and_climate/news.php?q=1648326297
3-26-22 There has been a lot of talk lately about the environment, social justice, and good governance. But according to entrepreneur, political commentator, and best-selling author Vivek Ramaswamy, these leftist buzzwords are an elaborate scam with a malicious agenda. Ramaswamy spoke with WMAL radio host Vince Coglianese the other day about how left-wing extremists, after running into roadblocks with Congress, are now trying to push their evil agendas through the private sector. “They tend to come in three-letter acronyms: ESG DEI, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility,” Ramaswamy explained. “There are three-letter acronyms that word salad that are designed to hide the essence of what is going on, which is using corporate power to get done through the backdoor, what could not get done through the front door in our political process.

Ida struck Louisiana on Sunday, leaving severe damage and knocking out power to over one million people in the state. Sheng said a team that included local officials was able to reach the island on Tuesday to begin an assessment of the damage.

5-26-21` NEW DELHI—Heavy rain and a high tide lashed parts of eastern India and neighboring Bangladesh as a cyclone pushed ashore Wednesday in an area where more than 1.1 million people have evacuated during a devastating coronavirus surge. Cyclone Yaas already had caused two deaths and damaged homes as heavy rains pounded Odisha and West Bengal states before the storm began making landfall in the late morning. The “very severe cyclonic storm” is packing sustained winds of 130-140 kilometers (up to 87 miles) per hour and gusts up to 155 kph (97 mph), the India Meteorological Department said. With the storm now almost fully on land, winds are expected to weaken by Wednesday evening.

Sizzling Heat Building In Southwest
http://www.fourwinds10.net/siterun_data/environment/weather_and_climate/news.php?q=1620924824
Triple-digit heat will hit truckers across the Southwest over the next couple of days. From the Central Valley of California to southern Arizona, temperatures will soar into the 90s to above 100 degrees in many spots Thursday and Friday. This includes places in California like Redding, Stockton, Fresno, Bakersfield, El Centro and Death Valley; Phoenix, Tucson and Yuma in Arizona; as well as Las Vegas. This won’t be a record-breaking heat wave, but these highs will be anywhere from 7 to 15 degrees above normal for mid-May. Even though the high may only reach the upper 80s in Sacramento, California, this would be 10 degrees above normal.

The new solar cycle bares its teeth: Powerful solar flare jams radio signals over the Pacific Ocean
http://www.fourwinds10.net/siterun_data/environment/weather_and_climate/news.php?q=1619451278
4-26-21 The sun unleashed a powerful solar flare after one of its sunspots erupted late Monday, April 19. It released a pulse of X-rays and ultraviolet rays toward Earth, ionizing the top of the atmosphere and causing a shortwave radio blackout over the Pacific Ocean. Mariners and ham radio operators in the area might have noticed unusual propagation conditions at frequencies below 10 megahertz. The solar event was classified as an M1-class flare, which is considered moderate in intensity. Satellite images of the solar flare, which were taken by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), showed a brief, violent flash of energy exploding out of sunspot AR2816.

3-25-21 Even though our world is relatively – emphasis on the word relatively – stable compared to what could be happening based on what has been prophesied, there are actually seven plagues currently afflicting the planet that deserve a mention. Right now in Australia, a plague of rats is being reported with millions upon millions of rodents infesting people’s homes, businesses and neighborhood streets. From Queensland to New South Wales, mice are destroying food, farms and lives. “Some farmers have already lost entire grain harvests to the rampaging mice,” reports indicate, adding that “hotels have had to close because they can’t keep the critters out of the rooms.” There are also many large earthquakes being reported all around the world that exceed the norm in terms of frequency and severity.

The snow would turn black and give off a chemical smell (or so they said) and I wanted to see if the snow here would do the same. As you'll see in the video, it doesn't. AK snow doesn't burn black (at least where I'm located) and it gave off no odor whatsoever.

Weird Nature and stormquakes: Hurricanes or strong storms can trigger seismic events in nearby oceans, report scientists
http://www.fourwinds10.net/siterun_data/environment/weather_and_climate/news.php?q=1605376364
11-13-20 A study published in the Geophysical Research Letters suggests that hurricanes or even just really strong storms can trigger seismic events called “stormquakes” in the nearby ocean. Researchers from Florida State University (FSU), the University of California, San Diego and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution in Massachusetts analyzed more than a decade of seismic and oceanographic records. They found a strong correlation between certain hurricanes that hit the U.S. and intense seismic activity in the nearby seabed.

Weather Report Confirms Dangers on Day of Trump’s Cancelled WWI Cemetery Visit
http://www.fourwinds10.net/siterun_data/environment/weather_and_climate/news.php?q=1599572615
September 5, 2020 Obama acolyte Jeffrey Goldberg’s anonymously sourced screed in The Atlantic claims that President Donald J. Trump snubbed WWI dead at the Aisne-Marnes American Cemetery during a November 10, 2018 visit to France. According to Goldberg’s breathless fantasy, Trump blew off America’s fallen heroes from the Great War because he considers them “losers” and “suckers.” Goldberg further hallucinates that Trump avoided the burial ground northeast of Paris “because he feared his hair would become disheveled in the rain.” President Trump, the White House, the Trump-Pence 2020 campaign, and Trump supporters across America have spent much of what should be a tranquil Labor Day weekend trampling on Goldberg’s vicious, filthy lies.

http://www.fourwinds10.net/siterun_data/environment/weather_and_climate/news.php?q=1572529383
October 29, 2019 The western U.S. was blasted by a yet ANOTHER brutal Arctic air mass yesterday, Oct 28, with this one delivering the COLDEST TEMPERATURE EVER RECORDED IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. Peter Sinks, Utah –east of Logan– broke the Lower-48’s cold temperature record for the month of October on Monday morning with a staggering reading of minus 35 degrees. The area is known for it’s cold temperatures thanks to its high elevation (8,164 ft) as well as its unique topography, said Chicago meteorologist Tom Skilling.

Ignorant history professor claims that “inaction” on climate change is going to cause Florida to SINK from hurricanes
http://www.fourwinds10.net/siterun_data/environment/weather_and_climate/news.php?q=1567870699
9-6-19 A history professor at the University of Michigan is worried that if Florida Governor Ron DeSantis fails to soon reverse his “inaction” on climate change that the Sunshine State “will literally sink” due to hurricanes. According to Juan Cole, who teaches Middle Eastern and South Asian history, and who writes for multiple far-left websites, the continued use of fossil fuels is creating “freakishly warm waters” in the Caribbean. As a result, hurricanes like the recent Dorian are growing much bigger than he believes is normal. Weather events like this that supposedly only happen once ever 500 years are now occurring “several times a decade,” Cole warns, suggesting that the time is now to impose global climate taxes and force everyone to drive Priuses in order to help “cool” the planet and brings things back down to normal. “He is doing nothing practical about the state’s carbon dioxide emissions, which are what cause sea level rise and warming oceans and monster hurricanes,” Cole wrote in a piece for the left-wing Common Dreams website, referring to Gov.

New Crop Loss Map Shows A Trainwreck Unfolding Before Our Eyes: 'Farmers Across The World Are Calling Out In Unison About Catastrophic Growing Conditions'
http://www.fourwinds10.net/siterun_data/environment/weather_and_climate/news.php?q=1562177468
6-28-19 - For Those Who Aren't Prepared For What's Being Unleashed, It'll Be 'Dying Time' By Stefan Stanford - All News Pipeline - Live Free Or Die According to this recent story over at the website Eater, US farmers are turning to twitter to vent their frustration with the wettest 12 months on record in the Great Plains and American Midwest, weather that has caused extreme flooding, no crops planted in the ground and guaranteed crop shortages and higher food prices for Americans in the months ahead, with many farmers using the twitter hashtag #NoPlant19 to bring more attention to their plight. Warning within their story that as of May 31st, only 58% of the nation's corn had been planted (compared to 90% at this point in time during an average year) while only 29% of soy had been planted (compared to 66% at this point in time during the average year), their story warned that layer of stress on the agricultural industry is only intensified when you zoom out to the international level, where farmers around the world are facing various dire situations. As we see in the global crop loss map above that was created by Ice Age Farmer (interactive and searchable at this link) and hear in the 1st video at the bottom of this story also from Ice Age Farmer, "farmers across the nation and indeed the world are calling out in unison about a catastrophic growing season". Warning that many are suffering from 'cold and wet' while other crops are being destroyed by violent hailstorms and other bizarre weather, as we'll explore within this story, our planet has also recently witnessed the violent eruptions of 2 volcanoes, sending miles high columns of ash into our atmosphere, adding another layer to this 'perfect storm' upon our food supply we've been witnessing unfolding. As one North Dakota farmer and Twitter user Jordan Gackle pointed out in a recent thread: Drought is continuing to disrupt wheat crops in Australia forcing the country to import some of its wheat from Canada.

Mass evacuation underway as northern Australia braces for 2 cyclones
http://www.fourwinds10.net/siterun_data/environment/weather_and_climate/news.php?q=1553183904
3-21-19 Australia's Northern Territory is under a state of emergency as two cyclones could make landfall in days. Photo courtesy Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology March 21 (UPI) -- Parts of Northern Australia are being evacuated as a state of emergency has been called prior to two cyclones making landfall in the next few days. Cyclone Trevor is expected to make landfall along the Carpentaria or east Arnhem coastlines Saturday as a Category 4 storm, classified as "severe" by the Bureau of Meteorology with wind speeds up to 170 mph. "The warm waters of the Gulf and favorable conditions in the atmosphere mean there isn't a lot to stop Cyclone Trevor from becoming a large, powerful and extremely dangerous cyclone," Bureau of Meteorology Meteorologist Dr. Adam Morgan said.
