Groundhog bites Wisconsin mayor on the ear

Pennsylvania's famous groundhog weather forecaster, Punxsutawney Phil, has predicted six more weeks of winter in the state's annual Groundhog Day event.
Phil emerged from his temporary home on Gobbler's Knob, an area close to the town of Punxsutawney.
Parts of the US have experienced severe blizzards in recent weeks.
