The Government Owns It "All" By Investment
Walter Burien
A complete government and (taken over by government) syndicated news media blackout has existed for over 60 years and it started back in 1946. THIS IS FACT, NOT FICTION!
The #1 Profit makers for Government from their investments are: The War Industry; Oil Companies; Pharmaceuticals; and Banking. (300% to 400% profits) CLICK HERE TO SEE THE INVESTMENTS SHOWN IN JUST ONE (1) CAFR ( 2006 - NYSR-CAFR ) This is a very large file, so I would not even attempt it if all you have is dialup. Even with a strong connection it will take sometime to download, so be patient.
As you and others die, or become slowly impoverished Government profits! You are the minnow, government is the Shark, Get it? I hope so... Government and the syndicated media "Entertain" you "in every way" so that you look in left field as they masterfully conduct business as usual in right diminishing your wealth as you channel surf on the TV each and every day!
Most people scratch their heads saying: "Something is wrong here, but I just can't figure it out." The problem my friends is:
DUE TO THE MONEY INVOLVED!
Local and Federal Government's gross income in 1999 - 8.5 trillion dollars and the entire population's of the USA gross income, "net after taxation" 4.8 trillion dollars.
Smile Comrade, it could be worse? Or could it?
Could it be that our own Government over the last several decades has been promoting to those fortune 500 companies, of which Government owns most through Bond - Loan investment / stock ownership [EXAMPLES: 82% stock ownership of Microsoft Corporation, Disney 61%, AOL - Time Warner 58%, EXXON 72%] to manufacture abroad so that Government would realize greater returns on their investments at the Peoples of the USA's expense in jobs and wealth retention.
ACCOMPLISHING: Laying the groundwork for balancing world wealth, the primary foundation block of the NWO - NEW WORLD ORDER! Nah, our Government wouldn't do that for a few extra trillions of NON-TAX-INCOME dollars right?
Well, sorry to say it to you but WRONG!
In the 60's, most government investment funds were restricted to a cap of 5% to a maximum of 10% invested outside of the USA. By 2000, that restriction has been increased in many a case to over 45% and in some cases no restriction at all per percent of International investments held. (Guess who or should I say "what" made the big overall profit from the 911 event?) Could it be? Let's not go there! To many bubbles may burst.....
Is the big picture coming into view for you yet? I sure hope so! Correction is needed!
That is if you still own your country to make a difference. Well do you? Own it that is? Well, do you? If you answered yes to that question, you are wealthier than you thought.
Most local governments are now corporations.
Have you ever heard of a corporate hostile takeover? It is a two way street.
Piscataway, NJ may be a good choice for the first city as an example.
An emergency vote petitioned and secured for ballot voting will need to be brought forward.
VOTE ISSUE: Shall the corporate charter of Piscataway, NJ be suspended and all operations excluding schools, fire, police, and the city court, be shut down and cease by or on x date for a minimum of 45 days for reorganization of the city to take place under a more specific and simplified mode of operation designed to benefit the residents of the City of Piscataway, New Jersey?
A yes vote will result with:
1. The downsizing and or consolidation of all city agencies by 70% whereby if they are determined not to be essential by the reorganization team made up of, and guided by the body and will of the public. Additionally, Fire, Police, and Schools will be under strict review for waste or improper procedures that may affect downsizing or penalty for or of their operations.
2. A complete audit going back fifteen years of the City of Piscataway's financial affairs, investments, payments, and holdings, whereby monies, investments, or payments determined to be misappropriated; not required for a real and "needed" (emphasis added) purpose will be identified and in the event of fraud, embezzlement, or misappropriation being identified, indictments will commence per those findings coming from and handed down by a multiple team Public grand jury specifically created for that purpose.
3. After downsizing, being that the City will still be collecting the same taxation, that surplus taxation, money identified as "in reality" as non-designated funds through audit, and the sale of any City Enterprise Operation that are determined should be owned by the private sector, shall be deposited into a Tax Reduction Fund (TFR) that will be managed the same as a government pension fund, but instead of meeting a salary and employee benefit at retirement, the TRF will be exclusively designated to offset and then cancel, in time, any city tax liability of city of Piscataway for the Resident's of Piscataway, NJ.
4. Upon returning to normal operations after reorganization is in place, the city of Piscataway, NJ will be under set restrictions as to growth of that local government or limited financial scope that the city will be able to involve itself with.
5. A quarterly review by the public of the TRF fund so that the public will be appraised on the projected crossover mark of the funds return whereby all city taxation will be eliminated and additionally the crossover mark whereby a potential dividend return will be allocated to the resident property owners of Piscataway, NJ after the elimination of city taxation.
6. All financial aspects of city government operations or other local government operations that effect the cities financial condition shall be transparent, and clearly consolidated for public review under penalty in breach thereof, criminal prosecution for intentional non-disclosure and or fraud.
7. No other party may; can; or will impede the audit procedure or hamper implementation of the reorganization, through or by any venue of procedure outside of the public yes vote to reorganize, and if or attempting to do so, will be under penalty of arrest, fine, and possible indictment. A public yes vote will supersede as definitive and ultimate applicable law in all matters in accomplishing the reorganization and the new business as usual embedded upon returning to normal operation as specified by the reorganization of the City / Municipality Charter of Piscataway, NJ.
NOTE: Reviews of the City, County, and State’s Annual Financial Reports, the CAFR should be conducted in determining the city of Piscataway’s or any NJ local government’s comprehensive financial picture.
