An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first revealing President Putin saying that in an increasingly “turbulent and tense” global diplomatic climate, Russia needs to receive legally binding security guarantees from the United States-led NATO military bloc, with him noting the ever-growing tensions between Russia and the West, and stating that “additional and persistent efforts” are required from his government “to ensure strategic stability and counter arising threats and challenges”, says he then declared: “This especially includes our bid to receive comprehensive, legally binding national security guarantees from the US and its NATO allies”.

In one example of what Russia faces in the present global political climate, this report notes, Ambassador Gennady Gatilov to the United Nations office in Geneva has just warned: “Our serious concern is that the United States and its allies are exacerbating the situation to the point where the game of raising the stakes could turn into a real tragedy...The perpetrators will be those who have imposed this dangerous game on us, and by and large the international community”—are dangerous game perpetrators like British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss, who during yesterday’s “gone horribly wrong” meeting was asked by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov whether London recognizes Moscow’s sovereignty over the regions of Rostov and Voronezh, to which she replied: “We will never recognize Russia’s sovereignty over these regions”—a reply that caused British Ambassador Deborah Bronnert to Moscow, to swoop in and quietly remind Foreign Secretary Truss that these two regions are actually considered Russian territory even by her own government—in factually reality has seen these regions being part of Russia for over 1,000 years, which caused Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova to post the message: “Mrs. Truss, your knowledge of history is nothing compared to your knowledge of geography…The world needs to be saved from the stupidity and uneducatedness of Anglo-Saxon politicians”.

Going from mere stupidity to outright dangerous, this report continues, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Dmitry Kozak reported: “Unfortunately, almost nine hours of negotiations ended without any visible, tangible results expressed in documents…We tried to agree on the final statement of our negotiations, proceeding from the previous meeting in Paris on 26 January…We at the time agreed that the Normandy format should overcome all differences regarding the interpretation of the Minsk agreements at any cost since the Normandy format is a control mechanism when it comes to the Minsk negotiation process in the Contact Group…But today it wasn’t possible to overcome these differences”—a failure of these talks causing Foreign Minister Lavrov to accuse his Ukrainian counterpart Dmitry Kuleba of lying “with a straight face” and comparing his statements to those of Nazi propaganda chief Joseph Goebbels, with him exactly stating: “This is definitely the school of Goebbels, and maybe even surpasses the art of the chief propagandist of the Third Reich...To reject internationally approved agreements and at the same time not to worry that the Western countries would pull you back is a quite comfortable position for the demagogues who are now defending their case and trying to rewrite the Minsk agreements”—in a direct rebuff to French President Emmanuel Macron, who masterminded the Minsk Agreement treaties, and signed them along with Germany, now it sees Ukraine screaming: “Macron, of course, would like to bend us over on some compromises of the Minsk agreements....But it doesn’t matter, because the accords will never work...When they were signed under the Russian gun barrel – and the Germans and the French watched – it was already clear for all rational people that it’s impossible to implement those documents”—and while viewing this crisis it caused Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu to assert: “Unnecessary statements should be avoided…Comments that Russia will invade Ukraine today will cause unrest in Ukraine tomorrow…It also causes economic damage to Ukraine and its national currency...We see that this picture does not correspond to reality...Are there tensions?...Yes, there are. Is there a possibility for a conflict?...Yes, there is...But we don't need to voice this with megaphone diplomacy, as some Western countries do”.

In an America where a new poll found that only 34% of its people can even identify Ukraine on a map, this report notes, this result isn’t surprising because these Americans were stunned yesterday when inflation hit its highest level in 40-years of a staggering 7.5%—crushing inflation Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden was asked about yesterday during an interview with leftist NBC News host Lester Holt, that he replied to by snapping at Holt and calling him a “wise guy”—after which Biden went on an hysterical rant screaming for all Americans to immediately leave Ukraine because the US military won’t come to their aid when Russia invades, said he would never send troops into Ukraine under any circumstances, then he dementedly declared: “It’s not like we’re dealing with a terrorist organization…We’re dealing with one of the largest armies in the world…It’s a very different situation, and things could go crazy quickly...That’s a world war when Americans and Russia start shooting at one another...We’re in a very different world than we’ve ever been”.

As to actual events that “could go crazy quickly”, this transcript sees Security Council Members noting they were prophesized about exactly 15-years ago today when President Putin gave his historic speech at the Munich Security Conference to world leaders, wherein he warned the West was destroying itself by following and listening to the United States—with all of his prophecies coming true the Kremlin stated today: “The next Munich Security Conference starts on 18 February, but President Putin will not be there…Everything was said 15 years ago”—were prophecies made by President Putin based on his having a front row seat to watch the despotic Soviet Union destroy itself—a destruction of socialist tyranny not caused by any outside force, but by ordinary citizens who awakened to the fact that there were more of them than those who oppressed them—and as best exampled in the Soviet iron grip controlled Warsaw Pact socialist nation of Poland, whose citizens rose up in mass and shut their entire nation down, leading to it be written at the time such things like “In Poland, over the last fortnight, much that was previously unthinkable has now become thinkable” and  “I never thought I would live to see such a scene in Poland”.

In knowing what happens in dystopian nations ruled over by socialist tyrants, this report continues, it was no surprise to see Socialist Leader Biden screaming “things could go crazy” as he helplessly watched under socialist siege ordinary Canadian citizens blockade the US-Canada border to cause over $1-billion in daily economic losses—today it sees the terrified Biden Regime demanding that the socialist Canadian government use its federal powers to forcefully crack down on their own citizens before this revolt spreads—a crackdown that now sees former top Obama Regime security official Juliette Kayyem calling on the Canadian government to: “Slash the tires, empty gas tanks, arrest the drivers, and move the trucks”—and is crackdown advice coming from an America where today beyond shocking articles are appearing like “DC Metropolitan Police Internal Affairs Bureau Rules Police Beating Death Of Unconscious Trump Supporter Was “Objectively Reasonable””.

In November-2020, this report notes, a yearlong protest by farmers in India blocked major highways to New Delhi bringing their nation’s capitol city to a halt—a massive protest fully supported by socialist Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who openly declared to these Indian farmers blocking roads: “Canada will always be there to defend the right of peaceful protest”—in facing the exact same type of protest today it sees Prime Minister Trudeau calling his own citizens “racist enemy hordes”—in knowing the truth about what’s really happening, and where it will fast lead to, the leftist news site Politico today states: “The truckers are another sign of the class inversion in advanced Western countries… The Left continues to shed working-class voters and gain college-educated voters and the well-coiffed Trudeau, fully attuned to haut progressive sensibilities, is the perfect paladin for the upper-middle class...One hopes that, on the ground, the whole episode doesn’t have an ugly end...Trudeau should give the truckers their victory on the vaccination mandate”—and most accurately assessing what’s really happening are articles like “Why The Freedom Convoy Is Provoking Unprecedented Hysteria”, that honestly observes: “The fact that it’s ordinary people behind the Freedom Convoy, rather than professional activists, has caused alarm among the ruling class…The rest of the world now runs the risk of these trucker movements gaining momentum, before the restrictions and mandates can allow for the full implementation of a lasting solution of tracking and surveillance capable of monitoring populist blowback to government insanity...The rally race between truckers and globalists is on!...And with nothing less than democracy and freedom at stake”.

Reacting in panicked horror while watching ordinary Canadians take down their tyrannical socialist government, this report continues, since Monday alone 11 socialist Democrat Party controlled Blue States in America have moved to end Covid mandates like masking—a socialist retreat coming at the same time American truckers are massing by the tens-of-thousands to take down their tyrannical overlords—that, in turn, has now prompted the socialist Biden Regime to issue the warning: “While there are currently no indications of planned violence or civil unrest, if hundreds of trucks converge in a major metropolitan city, the convoy could potentially severely disrupt transportation, federal government and law enforcement operations, and emergency services through gridlock and potential counterprotests”.

The conclusion section of this transcript sees Security Council Members describing as repugnant the just released Teamster Union labor organization statement: “The Teamsters Union denounces the ongoing Freedom Convoy protest at the Canadian border that continues to hurt workers and negatively impact our economy…The livelihood of working Americans and Canadians in the automotive, agricultural, and manufacturing sectors is threatened by this blockade”—is repugnant because the Teamster Union has repeatedly used such peaceful protests to shut down the American and Canadian economies to support ordinary workers, the last time being when nearly 200,000 Teamster Union workers at UPS walked off the job in North America until their wages were raised in 1997, the largest strike of that decade that impacted every business in the United States and Canada—a repugnant statement that stands in sharp contrast with the one just issued by the Christian fundraising platform GiveSendGo, that’s so far raised over $8.7-million for these protesting Canadian truckers, who after being ordered by the Canadian government to freeze these funds quickly fired back: “Know this!...Canada has absolutely ZERO jurisdiction over how we manage our funds here at GiveSendGo…All funds for EVERY campaign on GiveSendGo flow directly to the recipients of those campaigns, not least of which is The Freedom Convoy campaign”—are funds now desperately needed because the Canadian government is now beyond shockingly threatening to seize the children of these protesting truckers—a demonic socialist threat that’s now being met by enraged Canadian mothers from every part of their nation, one of whom just declared: “A warning to our fearless leader and the pathetic mayor of Ottawa...If you guys touch one single child out there, you will enrage every mother in this country!...I will personally gather min-vans full of soccer moms, and we will drive to Ottawa....And if you think the truckers are giving you a hard time right now?...You have seen nothing!...Trust me—you do not want a city full of angry moms because there ain’t no angry like mom angry!”.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
