Last night I had a conversation that lasted until about midnight with someone from out of town visiting from California. He is going to see if an attorney out there will change the docs to California Law. During our conversation I brought up a few points I decided I would share with all of you.
1. Never in the history of the US since the second civil war has the government ever sided with the people against the banks. It is important to remember that there is a war going on in this country between people that want to be free and the banks that want to take control of this country. The government will side with the banks, they always have and always will.
The billions of dollars they stole from us and handed over to the banks prove that conclusively. The government could have spent 10% of that amount and bought all of our homes and gave them to us and we would have been way ahead of the game. They chose to steal 10 times as money from us and leave us wallowing in the mud to help the banks.
DO NOT EVER FORGET THAT!! And don't misunderstand that. It was never about helping the people or the country, it was ONLY about making sure the banks would win.
2. Politicians always tell their best lies before an election. Everything you see going on right now is B.S., nothing more. Nothing counts until after the election. They are just lying and playing with us because they know we won't remember who screwed us a month from now. HR3808, the attorney general letters, the states claiming they will help us is all B.S. to get them re-elected. After the election they will go back to work for the banks. WAKE AND SMELL THE COFFEE,
YOU ARE BEING DUPED AGAIN. DO NOT FALL FOR IT THIS TIME. DON'T RE-ELECT ANYONE.
3. There is a lot of talk about why the banks are halting foreclosures. Let me remind you that I dispersed the Replevin and then the Motion to Sequester the Note before any of that happened. Those two documents are scaring the hell out the banks and the judges. They know the law requires the Note to be cancelled once the foreclosure occurs. The banks do not care about the houses, the lawyers are the ones stealing your home. The banks need the Notes. Thats it, do not lose sight of that. They are waiting for some ruling or law created that makes it so they do not have to cancel the Note. If they get such a law this country is toast and the bankers will complete their coup'd tat of America.
4. We have found the direct link to the bribery of the judges. It is the pension funds. The state funds are so vested in real estate the judges pension funds are disappearing quicker than you wallet does when a politician enters the room. Everyone need to research their county pension funds for judges. It took me less than an hour to obtain the proof that the pension funds in Maricopa County are going broke and that the judges need to save the banks to save their own retirement.
5. A new problem, at least in Maricopa County. The pension funds are moving toward investing in private prisons. That means if the judges can't save their retirment by helping the banks they will need to start putting more innocent people in prison. If you don't believe that judges will convict innocent people to improve their retirement and porfolio then you have not spent enough time in court.
6. EVERYONE NEEDS TO WAKE UP AND SHOW UP. If you are more worried about your vacation or days off you are helping them kill us all. Spend your time researching stuff. Help convert the docs to your state laws and post them on the website. Do it for free. Do it to save your country. Do it to save your family. If you don't, you will wish you had.
7. For all those bastards charging money to sell their "secrets and patriot mythology bullshit" GO TO HELL!!!!! Everyone remember the names of those trying to get rich off of our suffering by selling their lies and other crap. They are not just the enemy, they are the worst form of scum. If everything does go to hell, remember to thank them personally. They are hurting us more than the corrupt judges and politicians.
In closing, you all need to understand this is a war of attrition. The goeverment as always has chosen to help the banks instead of the people. Do not rely on the government, they are here strictly to protect the banks. I cannot find one instance in the last 130 years where the government chose to help the people at the expense of the banks, it is no different now. The crap you are being told by politicians is lip service so you will put your guard down. If you listen you will be screwed.
Please say a prayer for me, I have court tomorrow for the frame job they are doing on me. They want me stopped and may imprison or kill me to stop me.
