URGENT RED ALERT: Bill C-36 sneaked back into the Standing Committee on Health

Bill C-36, formerly Bills C-52 & C-6 is once again before the Standing Committee on Health. It has been deliberately fast tracked with the support of ALL four of the major established Parties in Parliament [See Exhibits 1, 2 & 3].
On Thursday, October 7, 2010, the Hon. Leona Aglukkaq (Minister of Health) moved that the Bill be read a second time and referred to a committee. It was quickly and unanimously put through to second reading with each party receiving 20 minutes to speak and no opposing voice for freedom [See Exhibits 4, 5, 6 & 7].
If you care and want to stop this totalitarian Bill, we need your held immediately. Against our individual rights, freedoms and liberties, Canada's leading political Parties have veered from democracy by their collusion to push this Bill through to Committee without any form of opposition. The following steps are required:
Step 1:
Go to www.pfrpc.ca and/or www.canadiancoalitionforhealthfreedom.ca to either become a member or monthly donor to one or both of these organizations [See Exhibits 8 & 9]. If you do not wish to, keep up with our Health Freedom News Network weekly educational information at www.hfnn.ca. By visiting our website on a weekly basis, you will be informed enough to constructively take an active role in direct democratic reform through our two abovementioned organizations.
Step 2:
While visiting these websites, send the STOP BILL C-36 E-Mandate protest letter to show the government your support in rescinding this proposed Bill from the House of Commons permanently. This can be done by downloading the STOP BILL C-36 E-Mandate protest letter and send your letter by fax, mail, or by hand to your local MP's office [See Exhibit 10].
Step 3:
After forwarding your protest letter, print it out and immediately call your local MP for a meeting in their riding. Ask your MP to confirm in writing how they will be voting on Bill C-36 at a 3rd Reading. MPs usually follow the consensus of their caucus and party leaders instead of independently voting. It seems we do not have any true Constitutional Democratic representation in each riding.

We are the principle investors and only voting shareholders in the vast maze of sole and aggregate corporations that make up our federal and provincial governments. These corporations are the driving force that makes up the Bills, Regulations and practices of Health Canada and other bureaucracies. The Federal bureaucracies are out of control. They are violating our constitutionally protected rights, freedoms and liberties all in the name of our good health and well-being.
The four major political Parties' today are not dealing with all of the citizens' needs and concerns. Unless we organize in every riding and become powerful enough as a Grassroots' GIA BeeHive Freedom Network, we will be unable to bring the governments under democratic control. As the government is the Canadian People's employees, we need to force them to reduce taxes and focus our resources on serving the individual needs of its citizens and their owned and operated micro small family enterprises.
All Federal Public Servants, whether elected or appointed, are paid with the taxes Canadian citizens pay to the government. Public Servants earn more annually than we do and have far better pension plans and medical insurance. Each year, the Fraser Institute issues a Tax Freedom Day Announcement. In 2010, it was on June 5 [See Exhibit 11]. This means that we worked from January 1, 2010 to June 5, 2010 to pay for Canadian elected Public Servants at all levels of the government. The government corporations are using are lifetime financial support to continually expand the boundaries of Public Service for their benefit instead of serving the majority interests of individuals.
Remember, this is our country. It is our hard earned money paying for the elected and appointed Public Servants in Ottawa. As the principle investor and only voting shareholders in these Canadian corporations, its Public Servants must answer to us, its citizens, one way or another. This Bill is utter nonsense. Without an immediate insurrection through the GIA BeeHive Freedom Advocacy team to stop Bill C-36, we may not be able to stop Parliament from passing legislation that has the potential to destroy Canada and its citizens. Our organizations were lucky in stopping Bill C-6 in the Senate. This time we might not be so lucky.
Federal bureaucracies are completely out of control without passing Bill C-36. Let me provide you with an example. On March 11, 2010, Ms. Karen McKee, of Warm Buddy, a micro-small family business in Vancouver, BC, received a call from a Health Canada Investigator advising her that the Teddy Bear products were now being reclassified as a serious health risk to children under the Hazardous Products Act [See Exhibit 12]. Ms. McKee and her company had one week to recall the Teddy Bear product under threats of criminal charges, imprisonment, and enormous fines. This was nonsense was previously initiated on December 18, 2006 by Ms. Tanya Evans, who also initiated this call in 2010. Ms. McKee had not heard anything from Health Canada since 2006.
