Governments, any of them, are instituted for only one reason, and that is to act as custodial agents for bankers so that they may operate in unfettered like fashion, under the radar, all the while expropriating the wealth of that nation, concluding with the slaughter of those peoples once the monopoly board has too many Hotels and Houses on Park Place.
It really isn't anymore complicated than that folks.
As of today there are 3 Hotels and 4 houses on Park Place.
