It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m session June 5, 1933 - Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.

The Republic of the United Sates was placed in Receivership under the authority of the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank and International bankers who adopted a new form of government called a democracy. From that day forward, everyone was programmed to believe that a democracy meant freedom.

The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government for the United States. This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America. This act was instituted and established by transferring and/or placing the Office of the Secretary of Treasury to that of the Governor of the International Monetary Fund. Public Law 94-564, page 8, Section H.R. 13955 reads in part: “The U.S. Secretary of Treasury receives no compensation for representing the United States?’

The receivership period lasted 75 years. During the last 75 years every rich jerk and media wannabe has flocked to the money and power. In their quest for money, we and our children have been programmed into apathy, hooked on credit, dumbed down, fattened up, and over medicated as all the big boys devised methods to extract every last dollar from the herd…. all in the name of profit. Americans have been subjected to every form of psychological programming that could be devised.

The receivership expired in March of 2008. The last payment was made in 2003.

As soon as the transition process is complete, we will have our country back. The Constitution will be in force. We will have free elections. Common Law instead of Maritime Law. No IRS. No Federal Reserve. But first we have to go through the turnover process starting with the settlements.

Right now. we have a group of Representatives in Washington fighting to stop the 700 billion bailout that will really be 7 trillion. They stand alone on our behalf in the midst of powerful people and organizations that have treated us like animals used for milking for 75 years. They need our help and support. Every Congressman and Senator who voted for this bailout is a traitor to the Republic. They would like to see 75 more years of the same. Also remember the TV celebrities, media whizzes, reporters. and anchormen that have tried to make you believe that this bailout is for your own good.

Right now, we have Representatives who need our help. Call your Representative and tell him to vote the bailout down. Call your Senator and tell him he damned well better vote the bill down or else. Our freedom is at hand, but you have to fight.

Feel free to copy this and post it all over the net. Make copies and hand them out to people who don’t use the net. Put them on college bulletin boards. If you have a mailing list, use it. Whatever trips your trigger. But it is very important to make those phone calls, faxes, and emails to Washington. If you’re faxing, fax them this post along with your comments. If you want to be free, you have to fight for it.

They won’t give it to you. Don’t wait for someone else to do it. They vote tonight. You have to act. Now.

One last word about … fear. The first time I sent an email to my representative, I was intimidated when the screen came up and asked for my name, address, and email. I didn’t want to do it. I didn’t want them to know who I was. Then, I thought about it. Why should I be afraid for my Representative to know my identity. Because it has been programmed into us. B.F. Skinner even thought it could be passed genetically … thus being able to breed a slave race that would be forever afraid.

Feeling helpless and insignificant in the face of vast money and power is nothing unusual. . That’s been programmed into you too. It’is just the kind of instilled behavior you need to control a slave nation that obeys. If you live in fear, you’ll never be free. Hold your head high and always be proud you’re an American.Time to make some phone calls. Then emails. Then faxes. They vote tonight.
