THE REAL REVOLUTION

Today, We, a People, a country, a very confused society forget, if ever we knew, what the 1776 Revolution actually was. The education system for generations programmed our focus into a narrow stream. Dusty old documents presented in a manner guaranteed to put any one to sleep started at an early age. We were all programmed at a most vulnerable time of our lives so that recess competed with the fundamental concept of personal responsibility leading to individual Liberty.

 

The proposition here is to invite dialogue out side the pre-digested pap and engage in personal discovery of why any American actually has a chance at achieving personal Liberty.

 

On July 3, 1776, there were two classes of people in the world. The King, and his subjects. The title king, a word that describes a position is interchangeable with other titles or descriptors. Yet, the position of owner over subjects remains the same. Another name or identifier for subjects is property. All subjects of Rulers are chattel property, slaves, of those who Rule over them. Ask the English and Commonwealth Queen to define her subjects.

 

On July 5, 1776, a new class of People was born, the American Freeman! The 1776 Declaration severed all proprietary interest in the People living on specific lands, from any ownership by a King, a Potentate or a Pope.

 

That is the real Revolution! A new class of individual human beings was declared to the World.

 

The new class of Freeman was finally recognized by King George in the Treaty of Peace 1783.

 

“ Article 1:

His Brittanic Majesty acknowledges the said United States, viz., New Hampshire, Massachusetts Bay, Rhode Island and Providence Plantations, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, to be free sovereign and independent states, that he treats with them as such, and for himself, his heirs, and successors, relinquishes all claims to the government, propriety, and territorial rights of the same and every part thereof.” ( emphasis added )

 

The word propriety is the key to recognize the full import of the release of ownership issued by the King. The good People were released from chattel property, subject, status by one word. Propriety.

 

Propriety: Latin; plural form of reserve; to keep back. The word propriety traveled into French and old English carrying its original meaning.

 

The word propriety covers what is reserved. A proprietor reserves ownership and management over his property.

 

The release of reserved control in the form of ownership over both government and lands covers the two classes of property. The two basic classes of property from the beginning of property and property rights identification are; real property, land, and chattel property, movable. Release of all chattel properties is controlled by the Proprietor, King George’s release of propriety controlled all his chattels.

 

Once the concept of the Freeman was recognized, the whole of the control structure of man-kind operating world wide at that time was challenged.

 

These control structures whether religious, political, legal; all operated through express force to control those ruled as subjects, chattels.

 

Our unique Declaration in 1776, is in essence a refusal to continue being treated as property. Our unique Declaration changed the whole world.

 

After 7 years of War, We, Americans, gained release from subject property status fully memorialized by Treaty between an existing nation and our New Country.

 

Poor King George was bound by all his other Treaties and Royal agreements in his world of chattel property, subjects, owners, to keep his word in our Treaty of Peace.

 

The Revolution of Freemen continues today. The battle, control over subjects continue.

 

The invitation to dialogue to every reader evolves to a single point expressed in a single question.
