Most of us sense that television, newspapers and radio are under powerful influence from a central power. The internet is the one media remaining that does not stifle free thought and presentation of ideas like ours, but it too is threatened.

We Hold These Truths' website may disappear tomorrow for the second time in three years. We have been told by our primary service provider they will do this. We Hold These Truths has decided not to cut and run.

The following are excerpts from a letter sent Sunday to Lance Tracey, President Peer I Network Enterprises, Inc., the owner of our service provider.

Dear Mr. Tracey:

Your agent named "Joseph" has advised us that your company will forcibly shut down and disconnect our rented server on Tuesday April 4th. We Hold These Truths (www.whtt.org) begs you not to do this extreme and destructive act against our many contributors and readers who support us, those that attend our Bible study online, and all who rely upon our leadership.

In your own best interest you should respect our heritage of free speech, and you should not act upon unsubstantiated claims of others who may well attack us for what we say, and are always anonymous.

*You should not shelter an anonymous complainer who attacks your paying customer. Accusers should always have to face the accused.

*You have been paid in advance for services you now are canceling.

*We have invested in our relationship with ServerBeach and we do not want to, nor can we afford the time to run away and move our service somewhere else. To do so will only fuel the flames for more attacks against us like the one in which you have become involved.

*You are taking the claims of an offshore thug organization of internet intimidators that apparently objects to WHY DOESN'T GOD END OUR SERIAL WARS. http://www.whtt.org/index.php?news=2&id=767

*You are blacklisting www.whtt.org. Our accuser is a sheltered offshore corporation and does not even answer our letters.

*In this matter you are an enabler and an accomplice if you support the vigilante network that is trying to destroy WHTT'S mission work.

*Six months ago WHTT filed a lawsuit against three service providers, and two other parties in the State of Arizona for similar acts of tortuous business interference and defamation, and in a case called INTERNET SPAM DEFAMATION before the Superior Court, State of Arizona, Maricopa County, number CV 2005-052008, in circumstances much like this incident.

*It is now slander or defamation in some jurisdictions to willfully label anyone a "SPAMMER" if it is untrue and there is damage. i.e.: when the claim is untrue.

* Internet intimidator organizations that are now on record as attempting to destroy WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS (www.whtt.org) are using false, slanderous and unsupported claims of SPAMMING and are in fact defaming to us over the

internet by accusing us of acts that are a crime in the USA.

*We are victims of ongoing and repetitive acts of slander and defamation as a business practice, selling blacklists for profit and as a business, and therefore those causing the act may well be they engaging in systematic racketeering under USA law, while hiding outside of US jurisdiction.

*As our provider you ought not to cooperate with racketeers, or yield under business pressure to awful pressure of their illicit blacklists, else you may also find yourself a part of their scheme for profit.

*Please choose the American way of free speech or the Internet will be no more than centrally controlled thought. - End
