I.“Agenture” and “the Political”. There are two words in this translation which are unusual, the words “Agentur” (sic)and “the political” used as substantives. “Agentur” (sic) appears to be adopted from the original text and it mens the whole body of agents and agencies directed by the ELDERS, whether members of the tribe ... or their Gentile (Christian) tools. By “the Political” is meant not exactly the “body politic” but the entire machinery of politics.
II. The Symbolic Snake of Judaism. Chapter III opens with a reference to the symbolic Snake of Judaism. In his Epilogue to the 1905 Edition of The ZIONIST Protocols Nilus gives the following account of this symbol: According to the records of secret Jewish ZIONISM, Soloman and other JEWISH learned men had already, in 929 B.C., thought out a theoretical scheme for the peaceful conquest of the whole universe by ZION.
As history developed, this scheme was worked out in greater detail and completed by men who were subsequently initiated in this question. The learned men decided by peaceful means to conquer the world for ZION with the slyness of the Symbolic Snake, whose head was to represent those who have been initiated into the plans of the JEWISH PEOPLE - the administration was always kept secret, even from the JEWISH NATION itself.
As this Snake penetrated into the hearts of the nations which it encountered it undermined and devoured all the NON-JEWISH power of these States. It is foretold that the Snake has still to finish its work, strictly adhering to the designed plan, until the course which it has to run is closed by the return of its head to ZION and until, by this means, the snake has completed its round of Europe and has encircled it and until, by dint of enchaining Europe, it has encompassed the whole world. This it is to accomplish by using every endeavor to subdue the other countries by an economic conquest.
The return of the head of the Snake to ZION can only be accomplished after the power of all the Sovereigns of Europe has been laid low , that is to say, by means of economic crises and wholesale destruction everywhere, there shall have been brought about a spiritual demoralization and a moral, corruption, chiefly with the assistance of JEWISH WOMEN masquerading as French, Italians, etc. these are the surest spreader of licentiousness into the lives of the leading men at the heads of nations. 1. Its first stage in Europe was in 429 B.C. in Greece, about the time of Pericles, the Snake first started eating into the power of that country.
2. The second stage was in Rome in the time of Augustus, about 69 B.C.
3. The third in Madrid in the times of Charles V, in A.D. 1552.
4. The fourth in Paris about 1790, in the time of Louis XVI.
5. The fifth in London from 1814 onwards (after the downfall of Napoleon).
6. The sixth in Berlin in 1871 after the Franco-Prussian war.
7. The seventh in St. Petersburg, over which is drawn the head of the Snake under the date 1881.
8. Then, Germany, with its apparent power, forming no exception to the rule. (In economic conditions England and Germany are spared by the Snake, on which at present {i.e., 1905} all its efforts are concentrated.

III. The term “goy” equates as Gentiles/Christians
, or non-Jew. It is used throughout The ZIONIST Protocols and is retained by Mr. Marsden. It is a “Yiddish” word used by most Jews and should not be confused with anything Hebrew. The literal

(As you will soon learn, there are many “stories” about how the “Protocols” came to be. Reality is that there is only one explanation. Natty Rothschild, or someone in his stead, gave them as 24 lectures at the First World Zionist Congress in Basel, Switzerland, in 1897. This so-called Congress is openly described as the first meeting intended to develop a “plan” by which to “take” Palestine from the Arabs. The Protocols and their prescient accuracy as they surround the financial dealings of the US and how the US inexplicably is always the defender of Israel even it’s clearly demonstrated that Israel is committing genocide, demonstrates that the Protocols genesis, although from generations of Rothschild familial experience with the subject matter, began its long and arduous journey at the 1st World Zionist Congress in Basel, Switzerland in 1897. Especially when see Natty Rothschild bragging in his 21st lecture about selling the nation’s debt “...by artificial means” and then learning how Salomon Brothers winds up as exclusive bidder to the US Debt and gets caught rigging the bids in 1991. If nothing else this one easily corroborated FACT validates the rest of the Protocols and Rothschild’s and places a solution to today’s so-called Sub-Prime Mortgage meltdown squarely in our hands. )
In 1884 the daughter of a Russian general, Mlle. Justine Glinka, was endeavoring to serve her country in Paris by obtaining political information, which she communicated to General Orgevskii in St. Petersburg. For this purpose she employed a Jew, Joseph Schorst, member of the Mizraim Lodge in Paris. One day Schorst offered to obtain for her a document of great importance to Russia, on payment of 2,500 francs. This sum being received from St. Petersburg was paid over and the document handed to Mlle. Glinka. She forwarded the French original ...accompanied by a Russian translation, to Orgevskii, who in turn handed it to his chief, General Cherevin, for transmission to the Tsar. But Cherevin, under obligation to wealthy Jews, refused to transmit it, merely filing it in the archives.
Meantime there appeared in Paris certain books on Russian court life which displeased the Tsar, who ordered his secret police to discover their authorship. This was falsely attributed, perhaps with malicious intent, to Mlle. Glinka, and upon her return to Russia she was banished to her estate in Orel. To the marechal de nobless of this district, Mlle. Gave a copy of The Zionist Protocols. Sukhotin showed the document to two friends, Stephenov and Nilus; the former had it printed and circulated privately in 1897; the second, Professor Sergius A. Nilus, published it for the first time in Tsarkoe-Tselc (Russia) in 190, in a book entitled The Great Within The Small.
Then, at about the same time, a friend of Nilus, G. Butmi, also brought it out and Marsden’s translated copy was deposited into the British Museum on August 10, 1906. Meantime, through Jewish members of the Russian police, minutes of the proceedings of the Basle, Switzerland 1st Zionist World Congress in 1897 had been obtained and these were found to correspond with The Zionist Protocols. In January 1917, Nilus had prepared a second edition, revised and documented, for publication. But before it could be put on the market, the revolution had taken place and Kerenski (Bronstein), who had succeeded to power, ordered the whole edition of Nilus’s book to be destroyed.
In 1924, Prof. Nilus was arrested by the Cheka in Kiev, imprisoned, and tortured; he was told by the Jewish president of the court, that this treatment was meted out to him for “having done them incalculable harm in publishing The ZIONIST Protocols”. Released for a few months, he was again led before the G.P.U. (Cheka), this time in Moscow and confined. Set at liberty in February 1926, he died in exile in the district of Vladimir on January 13th, 1929 ](sic). [This is a Russian edition by Sergius A.
