BILL ALLOWS TEENS TO GET VAXXED ON THEIR OWN
Once again, the New York State Legislature undermines and overrides the judgment of NY parents.
Senator Liz Krueger has introduced a bill, along with Assemblywoman Patricia Fahy, that allows children as young as 14 to receive vaccines without the consent or knowledge of Mom or Dad. Here is this bad bill:

Please call them and politely let them know you are opposed to the bill as it undermines your role as a parent and primary caregiver in the health and well-being of YOUR child. Maybe these lawmakers should take care of their own kids and let us take care of ours? A wild thought.
1.) What happens if the child doesn't know their medical history and is genetically predisposed to harm from the shot? What if they have allergies they may not know exist? What happens if the child has an adverse reaction and the parents don't even know that the child received the shot? Who's responsible? THIS BILL IS DANGEROUS TO KIDS and INSULTING TO PARENTS.
2.) Children will not know to ask for the package insert and therefore will not know the risks. There is no 'informed consent' with this bill. There is no wisdom with this bill. There is NO RESPECT for parents with this bill.
Please call the sponsors & co-sponsors and let them know that this bill undermines the role of a parent (THAT'S RIGHT- YOU!), a role you cherish and a role that is yours- not theirs.
