On May 22, the World Health Organization (WHO) begins its 75th annual World Health Assembly. The agenda includes a vote on Joe Biden’s amendments that will strengthen global control and international authority over health emergencies, which includes “climate change.”

We have a very short time to oppose these amendments.

The amendments establish a heretofore nonexistent “Compliance Committee.” Upon threat of being dragged to the World Court’s arbitration unit, where steep fines and sanctions can be imposed, member states are required to report IHR compliance measures to the “Compliance Committee,” which will “monitor” each nation’s progress with the WHO’s International Health Regulations (IHR) and the directives of the director-general.

Can you imagine the lockdowns, the masks, the curfews, the “vaccine” requirements—all coming from the UN’s WHO? This is a nightmare!

The WHO’s authority can be triggered when there is an actual “health” emergency or even an allegation.

Listen to how the WHO frames the conversation about climate change:

“Climate change is the single biggest health threat facing humanity, and health professionals worldwide are already responding to the health harms caused by this unfolding crisis.”

WHO goes on to state that “to avert catastrophic health impacts and prevent millions of climate change-related deaths,” global warming must be stopped.

In Article 6.1 of WHO’s IHR, Biden is proposing that WHO include “the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) or other relevant entities” in its assessment and response to health issues.

This opens the door to unfettered, unending control not only of your health decisions, but also what car you drive, if your home is adequately energy efficient, the food you may consume, what carbon tax you will pay, and the list just keeps on going.

Since these amendments are to a 2005 agreement, and thus not a treaty, the Senate does not have to ratify them. But Congress can and must act now in other ways to stop Biden.

Not much time is left to make your voice heard against WHO’s power grab. Send faxes now to members of Congress urging them to do everything in their power to stop WHO from controlling America.

A vote on these amendments is expected during WHO’s annual international meeting on May 22-28, 2022. Unless we fight to block this now, these changes will occur as part of a vote next week. And—as long as America remains within WHO—we will be forced to abide by the agreement.

Under the IHR agreement, any disputes between countries or with WHO must be arbitrated in the World Court’s Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, Netherlands. Rulings from this international Court are final and binding upon the United States.

Here is how: Traditionally, countries that lose before the World Court are assessed steep fines and sanctions until they comply. Compliance may require a nation to change laws or practices or may require it to punish noncompliant individuals or companies.

It is critical that members of Congress hear from you now. Biden hid this from Congress when the administration sent the amendments to the U.N. on January 18, 2022. A researcher discovered these amendments in April. On May 6, Biden posted a notice for comment, but this was a ruse. To comment, a person had to apply within hours and be members of a select minority group.

We must flood Capitol Hill with faxes opposing Biden’s giveaway of American sovereignty to an international, unaccountable, unelected foreign body to make our health, environmental and food decisions!

Send your faxes to members of Congress urging them to do everything in their power to stop this globalist takeover of America.

It is clear that Biden does not want Congress or you to know about these changes, let alone have a say in them. Even though the federal government had finished and submitted these amendments January 18, 2022, they were not made public until almost three months later when a researcher found them April 12, 2022.

Then the federal government opened a public comment period May 6, but you had to find out about it and register your comments within just one day! In addition, only people from certain groups were allowed to register.

Next, the time period for the United States to back out of this agreement with WHO was shortened from 18 months to just 6 months. Conveniently the time period will expire during the lame-duck session and before the newly elected members of Congress take their seats in January 2023.
