A critical vote is expected shortly in the U.S. Senate on a horrific abortion bill. This vote could happen as early as Monday.

The Women's Health Protection Act (WHPA) is so radical it received bipartisan opposition when it passed the House. Now in the Senate, this one vote could erase all efforts in the courts and in state legislatures to protect innocent human life!

There are two versions of this bill. The House version (HR 3755) has already passed, and the Senate version (S 1975) is up for a vote as early as Monday.

This bill states it will do all of the following:

Specifically, governments may not limit a provider's ability to:

• Prescribe certain drugs.
• Offer abortion services via telemedicine.
• Immediately provide abortion services when the provider determines a delay risks the patient's health.

Furthermore, governments may not require a provider to:

• Perform unnecessary medical procedures.
• Provide medically inaccurate information.
• Comply with credentialing or other conditions that do not apply to providers whose services are medically comparable to abortions.
• Carry out all services connected to an abortion.

This bill provides instant, unfettered access to abortion without parental consent, without ultrasounds and even via Skype. This bill is emphatically more radical than Roe v. Wade itself.

We have very little time to block it. I urge you to act now to send faxes to as many senators as possible. Greet them when they return Monday morning and demand they block this deadly bill.

Abortion is not a constitutional right.

While the High Court temporarily made a claim that there is a constitutional right to abortion--basically out of thin air--our founding fathers never intended our founding documents to protect the killing of innocent people.

There is nothing in the 14th Amendment about abortion or personal "privacy." If anything, properly applying the 14th Amendment to abortion should protect the right of the child to live. It states, "nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."

The U.S. Supreme Court is on the cusp of righting the greatest, and ongoing, injustice in our nation's history. However, if this bill is allowed to pass, it will make abortion permanent once again.

We must fight to protect the lives of these precious children. Send faxes right away to block this bill and give these children a better chance to grow, laugh, play and learn.

This bill is far outside the limited powers given to the federal government. No authority has been given to Congress to tell state legislatures and local governments how they will treat abortion providers.

This is a desperate, last-ditch attempt by radicals on Capitol Hill to keep murdering innocent children. If they are successful, so many hard-fought state legislative limits on abortion providers will be erased. In addition, the victories approving three Justices under Trump will be rendered ineffective.

This vote will happen as early as Monday. There is no time to delay. Send your urgent fax to as many U.S. senators as possible to oppose this bill.
