If health industry officials were knowledgable about effective cures but pretended ignorance of such for corporate gain to sell ineffective vaccines in place of the known effective cures and an epidemic of suffering and death resulted because of their complicity what should be their penalty? More specifically, if the health industry officials were aware colloidal silver is an effective cure against viruses like Swine Flu and Bird Flu and AIDS, etc. but they concealed that information to promote ineffective vaccines they want to profit from and an epidemic of suffering and death ensues as a result of their evil greed what should be their penalty if caught?
