ABC News aired an explosive seven-minute segment showing the well-established sale of baby body parts—nineteen years ago. Yet this practice continues! Incredibly, Liberty Counsel’s legal team was able to show this video in court this week. I will share more below!
Groups like Planned Parenthood have spent DECADES brutally murdering these little babies both inside and outside the womb.
My client Sandra Merritt knew this. And after she was tired of waiting for justice, she decided she had to do something about it.
Justice will not come to us. We must rise up and demand it.
So, I’m asking you to demand justice with Sandra and me. Our strategy is to pass the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act into federal law. This will create criminal punishments for abortionists and medical staff who kill a child after birth—even if that child was earmarked for abortion.

The battle has been fierce in the defense of my client Sandra Merritt. This week her co-defendant, David Daleiden, took the stand. He took the opportunity to share his experience going into two abortion clinics. While inside, he actually held IN HIS HANDS pieces of babies that had been aborted.
David and Sandra know what they are talking about. They did their research and they are fighting for what is right. And the ABC News segment was one of the motivating pieces that made them take this stand to expose the truth.
The major fight at the beginning of this week was whether my client’s jury would be able to see this news segment or not. Both the court and Planned Parenthood’s attorneys were fighting to censor it. But this segment was a powerful motivation for Sandra and David to go undercover.

When the judge—who has significant ties to Planned Parenthood—heard portions of David’s testimony, his face went purple. But, in the end he allowed the jury to see this video because Planned Parenthood opened the door!

This segment, by Chris Wallace, reported that the body of a dead child can be worth up to $2,500 for his or her organs, and that was in 2000. Just one company back then had the annual goal of making 2.6 million dollars through fetal tissue. In addition, we know that in 2018, one University received 4.6 million tax dollars to experiment on human fetal tissue. This is blood money.
Let me share some deeply shocking numbers with you. Already this year, Planned Parenthood has ended the lives of nearly 280,000 children. The born-alive children gasping for breath, or mangled aborted bodies, could translate into almost a $700,000,000 bonus paycheck to these companies—just this year alone! And this is in addition to being fully paid by the mother for the abortion.
After evidence that this has been going on for close to 20 years ... we are supposed to now “trust” Planned Parenthood’s word that they have voluntarily stopped. (Uh, they mean stopped, again.)
But these businesses can just temporarily shutter their doors, apply for a new company name, and reopen again ... and again. That is why we are turning our attention to the abortionists, with the Born-Alive Act. Holding the abortionists responsible is a much more permanent solution.
