A most disturbing report has been delivered to President Medvedev today wherein Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov is reporting that Russian Naval Forces, working in “cooperation” with the United States Navy Space Command, have “retaken” the Finnish Defense Forces vessel Arctic Sea that had been “hijacked” by what these reports are labeling “CIA Terrorists” holding false Estonia, Latvia and Russia passports, and which we had previously reported on in our August 14^th report “Russia “Alarmed” After Nuclear Warheads Go Missing In Atlantic”.

Western news reports are, also, confirming the retaking of the Arctic Sea with Mikhail Voitenko, editor of the online Maritime Bulletin-Sovfracht, stating that he had spoken overnight with some of the Russian sailors and was “more puzzled than ever”:

“The vessel had all the necessary modern means of communication and emergency alarms, and was located in waters where regular mobile telephones work," he said at a news conference. "To hijack the vessel so that no one makes a peep — not one alarm goes off — can you imagine how that could be? I can't.” Voitenko, whose company Sovfracht specializes in anti-piracy security consulting, said the hijacking was beyond the means of ordinary pirates.”

Not being largely known to the American people, but very well known to the rest of the World, is that their Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is in near total “complete chaos” with neither the Obama administration, or those US Military Forces still loyal to their new President, able to reign in those “rogue elements” that have worked in conjunction with both Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Israel’s Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations (Mossad) to form their own terror organization they call al Qaeda.  

So enraged were these CIA “terrorists” when the Arctic Sea was retaken, these reports continue, they ordered their al Qaeda forces in Russia to carry out “immediate” attacks upon the Motherland which, so far, has caused the deaths of nearly 100 in the suicide bombing of a police barracks and the bombing of the  Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric plant causing a catastrophic flood.

To both of these terrorist attacks against the Russian people, the FSB is further stating in these reports that the “thermitic explosive” used to such destructive and deadly effect has been determined to have the “exact signature” of the explosives used to collapse the World Trade Center buildings during the September 11, 2001, attacks against the US (said to be the CIA’s “calling card”), and which had been previously identified by Dr. Niels Harrit of the University of Copenhagen in his seminal report titled “Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe” published in the Open Chemical Physics Journal, Vol. 2 (2009).

What brings these reports though from the mere disturbing to the bizarrely fascinating is a [DELETE FOR US/UK REPORT] addition to these reports detailing, in full, the monstrous agenda that is lying behind not only the Arctic Sea’s attempted capture (along with its Russian Cruise Missile cargo), but also the Swine Flu Pandemic the West is currently preparing mass vaccinations of their populations against.

And what this report addition details is that in early 2005, Russian Military Scientists were “approached” by both Nigerian and Indian scientists who became alarmed after their discovering “sterilizing agents” put into the polio vaccines provided to Nigeria by UNICEF, which in turn had been given these vaccines by Western pharmaceutical companies, and of which we can read:

 “A UNICEF campaign to vaccinate Nigeria's youth against polio may have been a front for sterilizing the nation. Dr. Haruna Kaita, a pharmaceutical scientist and Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, took samples of the vaccine to labs in India for analysis.

Using WHO-recommended technologies like Gas Chromatography (GC) and Radio-Immuno assay, Dr. Kaita, upon analysis, found evidence of serious contamination. "Some of the things we discovered in the vaccines are harmful, toxic; some have direct effects on the human reproductive system," he said in an interview with Kaduna's Weekly Trust. "I and some other professional colleagues who are Indians who were in the Lab could not believe the discovery," he said.”

Even worse, the “new” polio vaccines being given to Nigeria are now causing the very disease they have been told their children are being protected against, and as we can also read:

“Polio, the dreaded paralyzing disease stamped out in the industrialized world, is spreading in Nigeria. And health officials say in some cases, it's caused by the vaccine used to fight it. In July, the World Health Organization issued a warning that this vaccine-spread virus might extend beyond Africa. So far, 124 Nigerian children have been paralyzed this year — about twice those afflicted in 2008. The polio problem is just the latest challenge to global health authorities trying to convince wary citizens that vaccines can save them from dreaded disease.”

So concerned has the United States become over its planned massive, and mandatory, vaccination scheme, new reports from that country are now stating that the Americans are planning on using their military forces to control those of their citizens who show an “unwillingness to follow government orders”, of whom they are fearing the most will be those pregnant mothers who they have given their “top priority” to vaccinate first.

But, these reports continue, it is not in fear of the Swine Flu affecting pregnant mothers the American War Leaders are seeking to protect themselves against, but rather they are in “great fear” over the children these mothers may be carrying, and what they are calling the “special ones”, or more popularly known in the West as “Rainbow Children”, and of whom we can read:

“There s a new generation of psychic and sensitive children who are just beginning to come to earth. They re called, The Rainbow Children. Rainbow Children are being born to the older Crystal Children (the scouts who initially came to earth in the 1980's). As the other Crystal Children grow older, they will be the peace-loving parents who birth the new Rainbow Children. The Rainbows being born right now are the Scouts, and the large influx of Rainbows will occur during the years 2010 through 2030. This follows the 20-year pattern we ve previously seen with the Indigos being largely born during 1970 through 1990, followed by the Crystal Children in 1990 through 2010.”

And too the greatest fear these “special ones” are causing their War Leaders is their seeming inability to be able to be controlled by the mass mind techniques which have virtually enslaved the entire adult population of the United States making them more childlike and dependant upon their government than any other peoples on Earth.  Especially troubling are these “special ones” inability to kill their “enemies”, and which is now leading to a virtual “explosion of suicides” within the ranks of the US Military of those willing to die themselves rather than to take another human life.

What will be the full, and final, destiny of these “special ones” it is not in our knowing, but, it is interesting to note that these children are being born all around the World, and unlike the American people, who have given nearly all of the power of their children over to their government, the Chinese people, even while living under a totalitarian regime, are protecting their “special ones” with their lives, and as we can read:

“Police clashed with residents of two neighboring villages in northern China where nearly all the children were poisoned by lead apparently from a nearby smelter, reports said Monday, the latest sign of growing anger over China's rampant industrial pollution.”
