Hell, they didn't need a study for that. Anybody with half a brain knows that if you send people into a toxic soup derived from a dozen different poisonous sources, the people are going to get sick relative to what part of the soup they had to walk through.

So how could GWS be one disease with one cause?

That's the beauty of the Ministry of Defence study. They're hoping to fool the press, the public, and you, the vets. As in, "See, we proved that GWS is not real. That is to say, it's not one particular disease with one cause, so anyone who wants to claim benefits because he has GWS is going to be turned away because there is no GWS.ahem, that is, we mean there are lots of sick vets but that isn't from a single disease, it's from who knows what, and we're not prepared to pay off on who knows what, that's not our responsibility."

Get it?

A semantics game, a smokescreen, a con, a scam.

"If you want to collect benefits, you have to prove you have a recognized disease. If you say it's GWS, we can refute that. We have proved that GWS isn't a singular disease, therefore you don't have it, therefore your claim is based on a falsehood, therefore we don't pay you anything, we don't accept responsibility for anything."

Vicious scum, you say? What did you expect?

A hero's welcome?

That welcome might involve a few flags waving in the streets, some confetti, and a few sentiments from a bulbous politician, but when the chips are down and you're sick from the war and your nation is supposed to support you, the bigshots bury you in word games and lies.

Whereas, any sane doctor (if you can find one) would sit you down and figure out what particular toxins YOU were exposed to and what those toxins did to your body. And when I say YOU, I'm using that in the singular. Because each soldier is an individual and had his own experiences in the toxic soup in the Gulf.

In your case, was it oil fumes, the PB pills you took (which are themselves nerve agents), the anthrax vaccine, other vaccines, speed, depleted uranium, the poisonous byproducts that are released when ANY synthetic/composition materials are blown up by bombs? Some combination of these?

A real health practitioner would try to analyze all this and find ways to help you detox.

The government would fund this effort.

But instead you are being subjected to the bullshit word game I just described. You are being ignored. You are being cast at the side of the road. You are being dismissed as useless pawns, since the war is over.

In the next war, new pawns will be brought into the equation, and the same fate will await them.

In order to set things right, you have to attack the formulation of the studies as gross lies calculated to deceive and avoid responsibility.

Imagine a mother bringing her child to a hospital because the child has a high fever. The mother tells the doctor, "I think he has the XYZ Illness." The doctor opens a medical text and says, "There is no such thing as XYZ Illness, so I'm sending you home. Don't come back."

That's what's happening to you.

There is a lot of precedent for this kind of thing. In the early 1980s, UCLA did extensive studies on people who had been diagnosed with AIDS. They examined many different possible causes, and they concluded that none of them were relevant BECAUSE ALL THE PATIENTS DID NOT SHARE ONE PARTICULAR CAUSE.

Do you see?

If all patients do not suffer from the same cause, the researchers move on.

In your case, the researchers have taken one additional step. They have said GWS does not exist at all, because not all soldiers share the same cause.

THIS IS THE BASIC SCAM.

Now, in England, a few vets have gotten hip. They are suing. They're not saying they have GWS, they're saying they were injured by vaccines.

For the British government, this is a scary thing. The vets are homing in on what exactly has injured them.

Boom.

This is a way to go.

Governments like the label GWS, because they can arrange their studies in just the way I've described, and they can try to get off the hook.

I hope this is making sense.

You have to assume that the government is lying, but then you need to see HOW it is lying, how it is scamming, laughing up its sleeve.
