Zarqawi, firmly identified by official sources as the killer, is no more than an American fiction.

Proof of all this, and more, comes from an unexpected source. Do you remember the fascinating field of "reverse speech" in which unconscious statements are found in voice recordings that are slowed and played backwards? It is a quiet revolution in the way we detect lies and ferret out the truth, and it will eventually change the world. Prominent on late-night radio during the Clinton administration, RS on "political" topics went underground in the highly chilled media environment ushered in by Bush and company.

Sensitive RS files are now shared privately, via e-mail and CDs sent by post. This means that the mounting evidence of the illusionary nature of major world events is not being heard by those who really want to know what is going on. Nonetheless, the sense of outrage among RS practitioners who monitor national events is growing, and the murder of Nick Berg as an American propaganda stunt may have been the proverbial last straw.

Because the amazingly amateurish American intelligence team in Baghdad decided to "go Hollywood" they inadvertently provided target-rich material for RS analysis. The Berg video contains five minutes of recorded speech that provides a treasure-trove of information about what actually happened. Of course, the perpetrators will never be required to pay for their crime. That is the nature of the world we now live in. There is no reason, though, that you shouldn't at least know the truth.

The initial discovery that Berg's killers are Americans was made by an RS researcher who reversed the final moments of audio looking for evidence that what was shown on screen was in fact happening. The stunning discovery that the hooded man reading the prepared statement was unconsciously broadcasting his thoughts and feelings in a continuous stream of "American" English, prompted others to download the video as well, and go to work.

Although there was speculation that the Berg video was a hoax in it's entirety, there is no question that the ill-fated young man was actually murdered on camera. Matching the audio track with the correct video sequences provides a gruesome realism that leaves no doubt. Beyond this, the unconscious commentary of the killer, clearly revealed in his reversed speech, is completely damning. You can listen to some examples of this below, although bandwidth limits allow only brief samples of the huge amount of material that has become available.

To refresh your memory, you can hear a piece of the original audio in the first sound clip. Remember this is U.S. government certified to be the voice of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, although multiple Arab sources noted the man's accent was not right, and that his appearance didn't match either. The reading of the Arabic statement lasts for almost five minutes. You can take any segment, slow it to 50-60% normal speed, and reverse it to get the killer's personal version of events in almost continuous English. Because the concrete room produces multiple echoes, slowing the playback speed creates the illusion of multiple voices, like a male chorus all saying the same thing at the same time. This is a bit spooky, but the reversals are intelligible none the less.

In the following sequence you will hear the killer describe his unit's interest in Berg. Each reversal will be heard twice. They are strongly compressed and they will come fast, so you will probably want to listen several times. Just press play on your Windows player while the file is still loaded, to hear them again, without having to download multiple times.

This confirms the suspicions, which may have included at least one leak, that Berg was chosen because of his family's commitment to leftist causes. EDI is the government's "Electronic Data Interchange", the system by which Federal agencies share files. It seems the Berg family files at the Pentagon or CIA are extensive, although it would be anyone's guess as to their accuracy. The clown pretending to be an Islamic freedom fighter has apparently been told that Berg is a possible "red agent". This is why Nick was selected for sacrifice. None of the researchers working on this material have so far located any other clue. In other words, there is no indication that Berg committed any specific offense. He just made a handy candidate for the ghouls who dreamed up this nightmare.

There are some reversals from Nick Berg himself, obtained from the first segment of the video. They raise some interesting questions, but since there is no indication of wrongdoing on his part it has been decided that they should remain private.

Also note that we have the name or at least the nickname of the person who turned Berg over to these killers. TREY. There are other names in the file as well. HOWIE is one of the masked killers. GUNTHER sharpened the knife they used to saw on Nick's neck, and may or may not have been standing on stage. The chief murderer? The one who reads the statement and then goes to work with the knife? His name is DAVID. The Last syllable of his last name is not totally clear, and awaits better sound processing. He probably holds the rank of sergeant, although that particular reference may be to some else in the room. Other names also appear, as the killer unconsciously notes the people around him, and even reflects on personal issues, like time he hopes to spend in Hawaii with his girlfriend.

Believe it or not, DAVID, actually introduces himself in the first three seconds of his speech. His American military training has conditioned him to introduce himself whenever he stands up to address a group, as in a classroom or formal briefing. So, right off the bat, this poor dummy's subconscious pops out with "I am David M..."

All of these reversals and more occur in the first twenty-five seconds of audio from the killer. In the first five seconds, the killer is focused on his acting role: he must look down, read the words, and preserve the illusion that this is a group of terrorists which, ironically, they really are. "The illusion" appears at that point. The reference to propaganda appears immediately following the reversals about the information obtained on the family. This simply suggests that Berg must have seemed the ideal throw-away human being for the purpose or mission at hand: making a propaganda film.

Unfortunately, our little band of killers are relatively low on the intelligence food chain, and it is not evident that they know or understand what it was hoped the film would achieve. They did, however, know that they were about to do something truly horrible. The main impression is that they were more than willing to do so, as long as no one should ever find out how it happened. The killer, DAVID, actually refers to himself as a murderer (how many others?). He even entertains the thought that no one will believe him back home, if he should try to tell anyone about what he's done.

It is also important to remember that there is a much larger group of people involved, beyond the hooded men on stage. We believe there are two people running video cameras, at least two more who are eager to get digital photos for their personal scrapbooks, and a significant number of others that must have been walking by out of camera range, because speech reversals note their presence and often refer to them by name. They are all accomplices to premeditated murder, but apparently have no qualms at all.

These are true sociopaths, and it is disheartening to think how far America has fallen to be so closely mirroring Hitler's Third Reich and Lenin's Soviet Union. In the final sound clip, taken from the end of the audio track when they fall on Berg and kill him, you will hear their thoughts about what has happened. I say "their" thoughts because this includes one of those rare reversals in which more than one person chimes in, making a true unconscious chorus in reverse. That one is marked below with an asterisk.

In these last reversals the killer, acknowledging the horror of what is happening, seems somewhat amazed that he is actually cutting off a living person's head with a knife. And as you can hear, both he and his companions unconsciously affirm their oaths of secrecy, and the importance of no one ever telling how it all happened.

While the true story of what happened to Nick Berg must not be diminished, the larger picture has far reaching implications. The intelligence team that killed him was all ready to go with the ideal front man to blame it on. The unfortunate al-Zarkawi, known to be crippled and reported dead, was available for resurrection, complete with a new organization no one had ever heard of. In his prepared text, the speaker claims to be Zarkawi, and within hours the CIA officially identified him as such, despite the fact that he didn't look like Zarkawi, or sound like Zarkawi. Within two days, senior military officers referred to operations mounted against Zarkawi as if they had been pursuing him for months. All this in contrast to the fact that his name appears nowhere in news searches, prior to the manufactured Berg murder.

The Zarqawi legend now provides a perfect cover identity for a variety of false-flag propaganda operations, as well as a convenient excuse for bizarre military operations like the slaughter of the Iraqi wedding party, where excessive killing zeal by our mechanized barbarian horde must be explained away.

Since his magical resurrection he has been transformed virtually overnight from a complete nonentity to an evil mastermind. Instead of an angry militant protesting the treatment of prisoners, he is now the key figure preventing a peaceful though illusionary transfer of power. In a June 24th A.P. article we learn, "U.S. officials have been warning that al-Zarqawi's followers - who were responsible for the beheadings of American businessman Nicholas Berg and South Korean hostage Kim Sun-il - would likely step up attacks to try to disrupt the transfer of sovereignty to the interim Iraqi government."

Clearly, all the key players in Iraq are involved in coordinating and supporting the Zarkawi legend. This leaves a larger question of just how these relatively small intelligence units can fill the really big shoes being created for them, regardless of whatever abilities they may have to requisition explosives or assemble car bombs.

Obviously, there is no reason to assume that any of the bizarre civilian killings that have followed the death of Nick Berg are genuine, other than the fact that another innocent person was murdered. Nor can we accept any action attributed to the imaginary Zarkawi without serious doubts about what is really happening.

Five key questions raised by the murder of Nick Berg are:

1) Are American intelligence teams killing other Americans in Iraq, specifically U.S. soldiers, to maintain the illusion of continued violence?

2) Why is it necessary to create the illusion of a crazed, violent, implacable enemy in the Middle East? What is the real situation?

3) Are all the stories we see on network news manufactured illusions, or just the important ones?

4) Are all Islamic terrorists American agents, or just some of them?

5) Besides Nick Berg, how many Americans have been murdered by their own government to create nation-rattling news events since the appointment of George W. Bush to the presidency? 3, 300, 3000?
