SB 6263 creates a new vaccine commission that will purchase childhood vaccines. It replaces the role that DoH used to play.

The Oemig amendment adds the following requirement to the new vaccine commission:

 

"Vaccines manufactured with added mercury may not be purchased, unless the mercury-free orders cannot be filled, and the secretary declares a temporary emergency shortage.”

CRIMINAL CHARGES FILED WITH THE FBI AGAINST MARY SELECKY, WASHINGTON STATE SECRETARY OF HEALTH-JANUARY 29, 2010
 
On September 23, 2009, Mary Selecky, Washington State Secretary of Health, signed an order waiving state regulations concerning the maximum amount of the highly toxic mercury preservative Thimerosal allowed in H1N1 influenza vaccines for two of our society's most vulnerable populations:  pregnant women and children under four years of age for a minimum of six months' time
 
Upon reading of this in articles on the front pages of The Seattle Times and the Spokane Spokesman-Review on September 29, 2009, I immediately contacted via email Secretary Selecky, and requested that, given the extreme toxicity of this mercury preservative, and the extreme vulnerability of pregnant women, and children under four years of age, that she immediately rescind this order of waiver.
 
Secretary Selecky responded within an hour, asking that I send more information to her and her assistant, Terry Bergeren.  I did so, sending it by both email and certified post:  a copy of Vaccines: Deadly Immunity by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., an extremely well-documented article on the dangers of vaccinations -- particularly when they are mercury-preserved -- and on the World Health Organization/US government/pharmaceutical industry collusion to conceal these dangers, along with Novartis' own vaccine packet insert instructions for clinical administration of its H1N1 influenza vaccine, clearly stating that this vaccine had not been proven safe for either pregnant women or children under four years of age.  I also courtesy-copied in these communications Washington State Governor Christine Gregoire, her chief and assistant chiefs of staff, and Washington State Attorney General General Rob McKenna; none of them to date have responded to my concerns.
 
Enclosed please find copies of these email communications with Washington State Health Secretary Selecky, as well as weblinks below to the abovementioned documentation, to which she for over four months has failed to respond, either by answering my communications, or by rescinding her order of waiver.
 
I am now therefore filing charges of criminal negligence and malfeasance with the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) against Washington State Secretary of Health Mary Selecky, for endangering the lives and health of pregnant women, as well as those of very young children, both born and as yet unborn.  I demand that her order of waiver be immediately rescinded, while she herself is placed on long-term leave of absence during such time as these charges of criminal negligence and malfeasance are being investigated.
 
I do now affix my signature to these charges, filed on the 29th day of January 2010:
