Idaho County Sheriff, Doug Giddings would like to invite you to attend a 2nd Amendment firearms shooting event that will be held Saturday, September 24th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the AFD training facility at 1410 Kidder Ridge Rd in Kamiah. There will be multiple shooting stations from basic to advanced, with some competition shoots with prizes, and a “demo” station for you to try different weapons from compact pistols to assault rifles. Free hot dogs, hamburgers and snacks will be provided. All ages and skill levels welcome. Children over the age of 11 with a parent are encouraged to participate.
There will be a short speech by Sheriff Giddings on 2nd Amendment rights in Idaho County.
There will be gun and ammo vendors in attendance who will demo some weapons and accessories that will be available to try out at one of the shooting stations.
Those wishing to participate in the shooting events will need their own handgun, holster, and ammo. Other weapons, including assault rifles, are welcome at the demo station.
Come and participate at any or all of the shooting stations, get some free food and drink, and learn more about our Sheriff and his support of your 2nd Amendment rights.
