According to The Hill:
The Trump organization responded to the lawsuit by stating that the driver was paid "generously and in accordance with the law."President Trump's longtime personal driver dropped a lawsuit against his former boss over alleged unpaid overtime, Bloomberg reported Thursday.
Noel Cintron voluntarily withdrew his complaint against the Trump Organization according to a court filing in federal court in Manhattan, Bloomberg reported. The filing did not specify whether the lawsuit was settled out of court.
Cintron, who worked as a driver for Trump for more than two decades, claimed in a lawsuit filed in July that he was forced to work "thousands" of hours in overtime and was not given a "meaningful raise" in more than 10 years.
In the lawsuit, Cintron claimed he worked 550 hours of overtime every year and was not paid time-and-a-half. He also claimed he was not paid for work on holidays and vacations, and that he did not receive accurate wage statements.
