I believe there is credible evidence to suggest reasonable doubt that Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen of the united States of America as required by the Constitution. If the past and current performance of the Supreme Court is taken into consideration there will be NO resolution of this issue in a fair and honest manor. One very interesting point to consider is the Berg vs. Obama lawsuit currently pending with the Supreme Court. The simple argument that Mr. Obama and the Democratic National Committee could resolve this issue very easily by widely distributing authentic certified copies of his birth certificate stands for itself! The burning question in my mind is: What can I do about it? I am not an attorney. I do not have the funds to take on Mr. Obama and the Democratic National Committee in our corrupt legal system.  What can I do to stop this outrageous crime from being certified on January 20, 2009?

I believe there is reasonable doubt concerning the authenticity of the birth certificate document released by Mr. Obama and the DNC. If in fact this document is not authentic than it would be subject to TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 47 > § 1028 which reads in part:

(1)    knowingly and without lawful authority produces an identification document, authentication feature, or a false identification document;

Most people do not realize that the United States Postal Service is the primary independent government agency for investigation and prosecution of identity fraud. The United States Postal Inspection Service is the investigation arm of the Postal Service.  The USPIS is one of the oldest federal law enforcement agencies in the United States.

Identity theft is a criminal offense. It occurs when a person knowingly transfers or uses, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person with the intent to commit or to aid or abet any unlawful activity that constitutes a violation of federal law or that constitutes a felony under any applicable state or local law.

If Mr. Obama and the DNC have issued a non authentic document as evidence of his citizenship then they could be subject to identity fraud statutes. I believe there is evidence (reasonable doubt) that another person’s birth certificate was altered and publicly presented as authentic proof of citizenship for the Office of the President of the united States of America.

If it can be proven that Mr. Obama and the DNC have issued a non authentic birth certificate then there are other legal issues to deal with besides identity fraud. The issue of mail fraud comes to light. Every single piece of Mr. Obama’s Presidential Campaign mail sent through the United States Postal Service could be subject to mail fraud statutes.

U.S. Postal Inspectors investigate any crime in which the U.S. Mail is used to further a scheme--whether it originated in the mail, by telephone, or on the Internet. The use of the U.S. Mail is what makes it mail fraud.

There is another issue to consider. The U.S. Electoral College ( http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/electoral-college/procedural_guide.html ) is required by law to send the results of their votes to Congress and National Archive via Registered USPS Mail. This simple fact alone gives the United States Postal Inspection Service jurisdiction. If in fact the State Electors and State Officials certify votes for a person that provides a non authentic document for proof of citizenship, than they could be guilty of mail fraud as well. At the very least they could be prosecuted under The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act or RICO.

The reason Mr. Berg or We the People may not have legal standing to question the eligibility of candidates is that We do not elect the President of the united States of America. We elect State Electors. If any person certifies a Vote for the President of the united States of America that does not meet the qualifications as outlined in the Constitution than they could be charged with Misprision of Felony and/or Misprision of Treason.

For the record I do not harbor any ill will for Mr. Obama. As a citizen of the united States I believe that every person is subject to the rule of law. As a graduate of The Harvard Law School I hope Mr. Obama would feel the same way. His actions concerning the issue of his eligibility do not make me confident of his lawful intentions. How can we trust his actions as President of the united States of America if he fails to provide irrefutable evidence of his eligibility? If Mr. Obama is not willing to follow the rule of law as a candidate, how can we trust him to execute the laws of the land as President?

There is one other major item to consider about the eligibility issue. Ask yourself, Why would Senator Clinton and Mr. Obama so graciously co-sponsor a resolution (Senate RES 511) for Senator McCain in April 2008 to resolve any eligibility issues with his Presidential campaign? Qui bono?
