Four remote controlled aircraft with four napalm bombs strapped to the understructures plus various sundry bombs: two Boeing 737 aircraft hit the towers, NOT the Boeing 767 flights, UA175 and AA11; two A3 Skywarriors departed the aircraft carrier George Washington anchored off Long Island on 9/11 also loaded with fighter jets that never made it into the air to protect America. One A3 Skywarrior guided by the white Saab Jet seen in all 9/11 locations by the camera and/or witnesses was blown up in Pennsylvania as it headed WEST not East as the fairytale claimed. The other A3 Skywarrior also guided by the white jet smacked a Pentagon wall and dropped to the ground AND a half hour later preplanted explosives brought the wall down.

US Navy helicopters waiting at the South Tower and at the Pentagon took over final guidance from the white jet. The North Tower Boeing 737 was guided completely by the white jet flying in formation right above it.

The big plan was to hide the South Tower helicopter like a BIG MAGIC SHOW in a smoke plume created in minutes from hundreds of barrels of creosote oil located on one North Tower floor. The big problem was the need for a NW wind to blow the smoke plume over the South Tower. When the NW wind weather forecast came on September 6th, Bush made his big decision, thumbs up, and 85 year-old Bush I had to leave his rocking chair to get to DC to manage the standdown of America's defense while Bush II took the usual Situation Room crew to Florida so there would be no witnesses.

The South Tower helicopter waited 59 minutes after the crash before setting off preplanted explosives to bring that tower packed with Americans to the ground and departed to the aircraft carrier. A half hour later the white jet did the same to the North Tower and later in the afternoon did the same to WTC7. The BIG MAGIC SHOWS were all caught by the cameras and witnesses. Well before the end of World War II, Admiral Wilhelm Canaris, head of the Abwehr (defense intelligence) decided to make plans to regroup. This map shows the portion of Alaska affected by the destruction of the Exxon Valdez: The RED SPOT depicts the location of the grounded oil tanker 25 miles from Valdez.. It is an IDEAL SPOT for the EXXON VALDEZ 9/11. An oil spill closer to Valdez would have been contained within the Valdez Narrows and would have been manageable. Within Prince William Sound deep water prevents grounding. The Nazis big problem was getting the ship to hit the well known reef at a high speed so a massive oil spill occurred. The reef was protected by Coast Guard radar and EVEN fishing boats were warned off. NOT THE EXXON VALDEZ. Besides the Exxon Valdez has its own radar.

When under presidential control the Coast Guard becomes part of the US Navy. Does that ring a bell? The totally obsolete US Navy does all of the over-, underwater Black Ops, the only reason for its existence. Katrina, 9/11, Pearl Harbor, Gulf of Tonkin, the Minnesota bridge, California fires, just to mention a few.

The Coast Guard, in 9/11 fashion, claimed their radar didn't reach the reef but locals said Bull Shit! The Exxon Valdez had radioed the Coast Guard that it wanted to change lanes to avoid icebergs and the Coast Guard granted that request. Clearly the Coast Guard would have watched that lane change on radar. THE REEF WAS 1.5 MILES FROM THE SHIPPING LANE! Excerpts from a NYT article:

In the days after the accident, Coast Guard officials said repeatedly that the Exxon Valdez was beyond the range of their radar. But fishermen in the area contradicted this, saying coastguardsmen in Valdez had often warned them away from the same reef by radio.

Bligh Reef was about 1 1/2 miles from the shipping lanes.

''The Coast Guard bears a good share of the blame in this,'' a supertanker captain said.

The captain, who works for another oil company and requested anonymity, said: ''The Coast Guard could easily have kept track of the Exxon Valdez and given it a warning when they saw it stray off course. Just what are we paying those guys to do, anyway?''

Gov. Steve Cowper of Alaska sent a representative to the Soviet Union today to look at barrier equipment Moscow has offered to loan for the cleanup effort. (Bush I refused the offer!)

The disaster began when the Exxon Valdez radioed Coast Guard headquarters to report that it had sighted many miniature icebergs floating along the western shore of Valdez Narrows, dangerously near the outbound shipping lanel. The ship sought permission to change to the inbound lane, which was granted. Three hours earlier another supertanker, the Arco Juneau, had made the same discovery and maneuver.

Calving of icebergs 20 feet in diameter or larger is a SUMMER ACTIVITY. In fact August is prime time. The Exxon Valdez 9/11 occurred in March still Wintertime in Alaska. It is possible to tow a large iceberg out of a shipping lane BUT ALSO POSSIBLE TO TOW THEM INTO A SHIPPING LANE. Icebergs may have been dynamited from the Columbia Glacier and towed into the outgoing shipping lane.

This map shows that the location of the Columbia Glacier, alleged source of the 'miniature icebergs', is several miles away from the Valdez Narrows shipping lanes:

The Exxon Valdez asked the Coast Guard for permission to use the incoming (See arrows for direction.) shipping lane to avoid the planted icebergs and permission was granted. The ship moved into the incoming shipping lane WHICH WAS 1.5 MILES AWAY FROM THE REEF. If the Exxon Valdez merely stayed in the incoming shipping all of the way it would have missed the reef by 1.5 miles! The US Navy probably used remote control to affect the electric autopilot to take the steering out of the hands of the pilot. The GREEN LINE depicts the route of the Exxon Valdez. Instead of the ship going RIGHT at point 3 it went LEFT directly at the reef. THE STEERING MUST HAVE BEEN MANIPULATED BY REMOTE CONTROL by the US Navy.

Iceberg Menace in AlaskaMonday, June. 05, 1978

Now that the trouble-plagued trans-Alaska pipeline is in full operation, Alaskan oil is flowing in great volume overland. But its journey to U.S. West Coast ports may soon be interrupted at sea —by icebergs in the tanker shipping lanes. The source of these floating hazards is the Columbia Glacier, a 425-sq.-mi. mass of ice that ends less than seven miles from the tanker lanes for Port Valdez.

Since 1974, there have been periods of accelerated calving every summer. Says U.S.G.S. Glaciology Project Chief Mark Meier: "This suggests that there is not enough ice coming forward to keep up with the iceberg calving."

Last August, the glacier's calving increased enough to force closing of the Valdez lanes to night traffic for nearly a week.

Most icebergs calved by Columbia Glacier are "growlers" (20-ft.-wide slabs of ice that rise less than four feet above the water line) and somewhat larger "bergy bits" that are not easily picked up by radar. Another idea is to tow bergs out of the shipping lanes.


The National Transportation Safety Board, in 9/11 fashion, handed down a totally BS report:

All of the Nazi killings of JFK, RFK, Martin Luther King, attempted Reagan killing, etc., have a LONE GUNMAN. The Ship's captain was supposed to be THE PATSY. However, court documents and discussion point at a FAULTY STEERING AUTOPILOT THAT PREVENTED PROPER STEERING CONTROL. When a ship is on a straight course an electric autopilot is set to maintain that straight course without deviation. The autopilot is turned off when turning or altering a course. A turn can't be made while the autopilot is ON. Witnesses said the autopilot was OFF when the captain left the helm and the ship was on MANUAL steering. Lights on the steering console were OFF confirming that the autopilot was OFF.

"The maneuver was simple, routine, and ordinary," Madson summed up Tuesday. "And he left a check."

The check was a prearranged phone call from pilot Cousins to Captain Hazelwood to assure him the turn had been made. Cousins made the call, but he was wrong about the turn. Minutes later, he was back on the phone to tell Hazelwood the ship was in trouble. During the conversation, the tanker ground into the reef.

Attorney Cole said it is likely the grounding occurred because the tanker was still on autopilot, a mode in which the ship would not respond to helmsman Bob Kagan's manual adjustments of the wheel.

But Attorney Madson noted that both Kagan and Cousins said the autopilot was turned off moments after Hazelwood went to his cabin, saying he needed to finish some paperwork. Besides, Madson said, lighted signals on the helm console clearly indicate when the autopilot is on.

"You'd have to be a total bimbo not to know it," the attorney said.

Just to make sure Exxon Valdez 9/11 came off without a hitch Coast Guard radar budgets were HALVED a year earlier:

The $6.5 million the Coast Guard spends annually operating all of its VTS facilities is less than two-thirds the amount of money the Federal Aviation Administration spends running just one of its air-traffic-control systems, in Seattle ($10.9 million).

Last year, budget cuts forced the Coast Guard to shut down traffic systems in New York and New Orleans. Recently, the National Transportation Safety Board concluded that the New Orleans shutdown contributed to a September 1988 tanker grounding and 966,000-gallon oil spill in the Mississippi River. Congress is considering appropriating money next year to reopen those stations.

Curiously a plan to allow dispersants normally used only in deep water where currents help break up oil slicks was put in place JUST BEFORE THE EXXON VALDEZ 9/11:

Dispersant use is allowed in deeper waters in certain circumstances if a spill occurred, said Larry Dietrick, the state's director of spill prevention and response. That policy was put in place just before the 1989 Exxon spill, and no proposal to change it is before the Alaska Regional Response Team, he said. That group of mostly state and federal officials oversees the plans for what to do if a spill occurs offshore in Alaska.

Typically the Bush MOD for Black Ops is to delay government response as long as possible and then screw up royally. (Bush II flew out to Nebraska on 9/11 before returning to DC. Bush II delayed the response to Katrina for 5 days.)

Adm. Paul Yost, the national commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard, was President

Bush's man on the scene in Prince William Sound a month after the spill. Stung by criticism that the federal government wasn't doing enough, Bush dispatched Yost, a gruff-talking, take-charge guy. In Valdez, Yost fended off suggestions that the Coast Guard takeover the spill response, saying that would absolve Exxon of liability. He forced Exxon to come up with a much- delayed beach cleanup plan, but some of his other pronouncements, such as a swift decision that beaches should be cleaned with hot-water spray, were shelved as the jockeying over who should do what continued. Bush was criticized for tardiness in declaring the spill eligible for federal Superfund assistance.

Alyeska, the association formed by the seven oil companies engaged in the Alaska trade, had a 1,800-page contingency plan for oil spills. There were booms to corral the spilled oil, mechanical skimmers to suck it out of the water, and laser's to burn it off. But confusion and -- according to some -- incompetence delayed the cleanup. The booms arrived late, and by the third day high winds rendered them useless and allowed the oil slick to spread. It would soon cover an area of 1,800 square miles. President George Bush was criticized for tardiness in declaring the spill eligible for federal Superfund assistance. (Source)

Although six contingency plans to deal with a major oil spill in Alaska waters were in place on March 24, confusion, bickering and a serious equipment shortage allowed 11 million gallons of oil to spread unchecked from the ruptured hull of the Exxon Valdez, according to a report given to President Bush on Thursday. The report, by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Dept. of Transportation, is the latest critique of the oil spill response to blame planning and equipment problems for the spill damage. President Bush said Tuesday FIVE DAYS AFTER THE DAMAGE that he is considering a federal takeover of the massive oil spill cleanup operation in Alaska's Prince William Sound. Until Tuesday, when the cleanup operation was taken over by a troika of state, federal and Exxon officials, it was carried out by the Exxon Corp.(Anchorage Daily News (AK) March 29, 1989

Bush has fought double hulled tankers forever finally agreeing to the requirement for Alaskan Tankers only IN 2015. Of course all other US Tankers and foreign tankers operating in US waters are exempt.

In the aftermath of the incident Congress passed the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, strengthening regulations on oil tankers and oil tank operators. Oil companies engaged in the Alaska trade were ordered to switch to double-hulled tankers by the year 2015. In Prince William Sound, tugs escorted tankers all the way to the open sea while fully-qualified pilots remained at the helm until all vessel were beyond Bligh Reef. (Source)

That Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (Misnamed) also required that tankers sailing between Alaska and US ports be US built at three times the cost of foreign construction. Tankers exporting Alaskan crude oil however were exempted from the US construction requirement. Clinton first allowed shipping Alaskan crude oil to Japan and ports west. Bush II has seconded the motions with Alaskan oil also heading to Chile of all places! Bush II has just okayed the shipment of natural gas to Japan of all places!

Be aware that the GOAl was to shut down the Alaskan OIL BONANZA and balloon IMPORTS so WARS and exorbitant defense budgets and the wrecking of America Nazi-style could continue in accordance with the GERMAN SPY PLOT.

SUSPICIONS CONFIRMED:

If the Coast Guard insists on new ships, SeaRiver told the agency, Exxon might choose to leave Alaska oil in the ground by curtailing its North Slope production and import cheaper foreign oil. That would cost the state of Alaska revenue, at least in the near term.

The state probably would take Exxon to court under such a scenario to protect its interest in the oil and revenue, said state Commissioner of Natural Resources John Shively. But if Exxon doesn't have access to legal tankers and other oil companies aren't able to take the extra oil, North Slope production would have to be cut back, Shively said. (Source)

Curiously (NOT) the Department of Energy and oil industry stats are similar: The DOE sources for world oil reserve estimates are taken from oil industry trade publication estimates not USGS government statistics known for their accuracy.

When asked why, DOE did not comment and USGS said IT WAS "NOT A POLITICAL AGENCY."

Ninety eight refineries have been closed since 1985 and Alaskan oil transported to Japan to drive up West Coast gas prices.

The Portland Oregonian reported earlier this year that BP Amoco "systematically jacked up West Coast oil prices by exporting Alaskan crude to Asia for less than it could have sold it to U. S. refiners."

"There is no doubt whatsoever that they were in the business of shorting the West Coast market," an University of Texas economist hired by the FTC said in an interview published in the Oregonian. The newspaper obtained an e-mail exchange in which BP trading managers discuss the benefits of "shorting the West Coast market" to "leverage up" prices there.

US: No New Refineries in 29 Years

Bush diverted $400,000,000 of the Exxon settlement funds AWAY FROM DAMAGED PROPERTY AND VICTIMS.

Nearly $400 million of the Exxon settlement was used by the government to purchase 650,000 acres that included 1,400 miles of shoreline along Prince William Sound as well as 287 salmon spawning streams in order to protect against development.(Source)

In June 1990 Bush by executive order WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL shut down not only most of Alaskan offshore drilling but all US coastal offshore drilling except part of the Gulf of Mexico.

The moratorium affected virtually all of the coasts of the North Atlantic, California, Washington, Oregon, New England, Mid-Atlantic and the Northern Aleutian Basin. It also included the Eastern Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Southwest Florida,

Bush removed over a million barrels of crude oil production DAILY from US Consumers with a stroke of a pen:

Alaskan Oil production is expected to decrease by 30,000 bbl/d in 2005 and by 20,000 bbl/d in 2006, to 860,000 bbl/d. This continues a steady decline since the state's peak output of 2.02 million bbl/d in 1988.The Energy Department comments: This moratorium has resulted in making a significant portion of estimated future natural gas and oil supplies unavailable for development. In March 1989 a bill permitting drilling in a Alaskan oil reserve was "sailing through the Senate and had been expected to come up for a vote" when the Exxon Valdez oil spill delayed and ultimately derailed the process.

In November 1986, a draft report by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service recommended that all of the coastal plain within the Artic National Wildlife Refuge (MISNAMED) be opened for oil and gas development.The report argued that the oil and gas potentials of the coastal plain were needed for the country's economy and national security. A Future Contract is a derivative of the SPOT market. The SPOT MARKET is where supply and demand meet for the final selling price. The FUTURE MARKET is where estimates or guesses are made to determine a possible selling price in the future. The FUTURE MARKET selling price has a bearing on the final price if it is higher than a SPOT price for a seller and lower than the SPOT price for a refinery. Otherwise, the SPOT price is used.

The President of Shell brought to light the block on Offshore oil in Alaska and elsewhere.

We have the available domestic supplies off the coast of Alaska as well as [the Alaska National Wildlife Refuge]. Shell has won $2 billion worth of high bids for the Chukchi Sea -- that's a few years off before we could begin production.

But let's remember there's more than 100 billion barrels of untouched oil and gas in this country that is subject to a 30-year moratorium. Now, there's only one body in this country that can set a 30-year moratorium, and that's the U.S. government. (Source)

The shelves of the Far East and Eastern Siberia have especially good prospects for large-scale and long-term developments of the offshore oil and gas fields. The promising areas in these regions (excluding Sakhalin and its shelf) are estimated at about 1.5 million square kilometers. Potential recoverable resources are estimated at billions of tons of conventional fuel. These reserves are concentrated mostly in the Sea of Okhotsk and the Bering, Chukchi, and East-Siberian Seas. Here, more than 20 oil- and gas-bearing and potentially oil- and gas-bearing basins of different geotectonic nature have been discovered.

Huge Untapped Oil Resereves Near Alaska

WASHINGTON (AP) July 24, 2008- The U.S. Geological Survey says some 90 billion barrels of oil and nearly a third of the world's undiscovered natural gas sits untapped under an area north of the Arctic Circle. The area accounts for about a fifth of the world's undiscovered, technically recoverable oil and natural gas reserves.

The oil is considered "technically recoverable" using existing technology. However, the cost of overcoming obstacles to drilling, such as permanent sea ice or deep ocean waters, isn't taken into consideration in the report.

The USGS estimates about 84 percent of the undiscovered oil and gas is offshore, but most of it is still close enough to land to fall under national territorial claims. Much of the oil is off the coast of Alaska or in Russian. (Source)

Alaska can provide at least 20 years of the US crude oil requirement and at least 200 years of the natural gas requirement ALL BY ITSELF:

"Chaplain, you weren't supposed to see what I showed you yesterday. I'm sorry I let you go with me out there to watch that burn. I'm even more perturbed that I let you look at the technical data, because, Chaplain, you and I might both be in trouble if you ever tell the story of Gull Island." ... This company official said to me,"Chaplain, that great pool of oil is probably as big as the Prudhoe oil field, it has been proven, drilled into, and tested-we know what is there and we know the amount that is there, but the government has ordered us not to produce that well, or reveal any information as to what is at Gull Island."

 

I could hardly believe what I heard that day. I walked out of the oil company official's office very perturbed, because again we could be lied to, the American people would be deceived again-the truth would not be told. As I walked out of that office I realized that I was only one of about six men alive who would even know the truth about Gull Island, or would ever even see the technical data. I was astonished that day because of this restriction on releasing data about the production from beneath a small island out in the Arctic Ocean. This could end the oil crisis, but I had come to the conclusion in my mind, with no doubt whatsoever, that the Federal government would never want that oil produced.

 

It was not the oil companies that ordered the rig removed and the well capped. It was not the oil companies that said, "We cannot go beyond our 100-mile boundary." It was not the oil companies that said, "We will not tell the American people the truth." Rather, it was your Federal and State government ... and my Federal and State government-the officials elected by us to represent us for our welfare. (Source)

Hamsher said new oil sands extraction technology, the uncertainty of future access to Middle East oil and the expectation that high prices are permanent have combined to shift the focus of future U.S. oil supplies to Canada. The higher extraction costs for heavy oil and bitumen is outweighed by relatively lower exploration costs, she said.

It’s hard not to find oil in the three oil sands areas in northern Alberta that collectively hold about 14 percent of the world’s known oil reserves, roughly equivalent to those in Saudi Arabia, the world’s No. 1 producer.

Oil companies have begun looking for crude oil deposits off Greenland's west coast. The island's government hasn't made an exact estimate of the amount of oil in the region other than to say it's ``equal to North Sea reserves.'' The North Sea's past production and future reserves totals more than 50 billion barrels of crude oil..(Source)

US natural gas reserves increased from 82 years to 118 years.

The increase stems from greater production in the Marcellus Shale in the Appalachians and the Haynesville Shale in Louisiana and Texas, says Kenneth Medlock, an economics professor at Rice University who worked on the Navigant study. In recent years new drilling techniques have allowed companies to extract gas deeply embedded in formations of shale rock.
