When I was living out of my car, in the parking lot of the very McDonald's where I worked, a lot of this same stuff happened to me. It's so infuriating to see, but it's not surprising. A new poll released today reports that 89% of fast food workers say it happens to them.
We need everyone to see this video. Watch it for yourself, and share it far and wide.
It's pretty clear from the video that the whole industry needs to change, not just our wages – and that's exactly why we're fighting for $15 an hour AND the right to form a union without retaliation.
