The leaked draft from the U.S. Supreme Court is pushing the abortion battle in Congress and the states. At this point, massive firestorms are brewing at multiple levels. In light of the leaked ruling that will overturn Roe v. Wade when officially released, members of Congress need to hear from you.

From California to Washington, D.C., my team has evidence of abortion survivors who were born alive and then abandoned to die, or—even more gruesome—dissected so their organs could be harvested and illegally sold for a premium.

Already 250 legislators have signed their names to the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (Born Alive Act).

Our High Court is poised to overrule its horrible abortion decisions. Now it is even more critical for our national laws to protect these newborn abortion survivors. Some states have or are poised to pass legislation that will continue abortion and will allow babies born alive to die. We only need a few more votes from each chamber to pass the Born Alive Act. Our Ministry Center is at the heart of the protests on Capitol Hill. My staff said pro-abortionists were handing out piles of coat hangers, even on our property, and lighting witchcraft candles around the Supreme Court building the night the draft of the opinion to overturn Roe v. Wade was leaked.

Then last night, the pro-abortion crowd got a lot rowdier. Their side took control of the entire front of the Court. There are six layers of fencing that have been put out in front of the Court in response.

In one chilling moment, they turned on two Christians praying in the crowd and were screaming and yelling at them. There was a lot of pushing and shoving. Pro-lifers were injured. Please pray for their healing.

The evil and violence of radical abortion supporters never ceases to shock me. Their hatred is not just targeting the preborn.

The battle for life is heating up. We must pass the Born Alive Act to protect life and stop infanticide. Send your urgent faxes to members of the House and Senate to pass the Born Alive Act, and let them know America is watching ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

The High Court will be returning abortion to the states and to Congress. This battle is at your doorstep.

Already three states have laws to immediately ban abortions the moment Roe v. Wade is overturned. Another 10 will ban abortion after a second step is taken, like a 30-day delay or affirmation by their Attorney General.

Currently, 16 states have laws that will continue abortion. Many of these states have radically pro-abortion attorneys general who refuse to prosecute or seek conviction of even the most heinous crimes against newborn abortion survivors.

We recently saw this in Washington, D.C. The mayor, the city police and the prosecuting attorney refused to investigate evidence of babies born alive who were then killed. They turned a blind eye to evidence of partial-birth abortion murders as well. Instead, this den of radicals maligned, arrested and jailed the people who dared to bring this information to the public.

The only way to demand justice for these little babies is at the federal level, in Congress. And the time is now. Send your critical faxes to members of the House and Senate to pass the Born Alive Act now to end the murders of precious children.

Tragically, there is evidence dating back decades that abortionists have been harvesting organs from children and selling their kidneys, livers, heads, lungs and even entire bodies … for the right price.

Aborting a baby at any stage is wrong. And when a baby is wriggling on the table before these abortionists, it seems especially heinous to kill these little ones. But these abortionists have been getting away with murder.

Very little has changed for abortion surviving children in the last 50 years. It won’t change until you and I demand change. Your faxes put senators and representatives on notice that we care about these children and demand immediate action.

He ended up switching parties and immediately became a co-sponsor of the Born Alive Act.
