Who is the Enemy?

Are you getting discouraged with:
· What seems to be a total disregard for the rule of law (not statutes) by the judicial system in America?
· And are you alarmed that we have tripled the number of prisoners in the United States since 1980?
· And are you concerned that Clinton signed the U.S. up for the International Criminal Court? and;
· The fact that in the not too distant future you can be abducted by a foreign court, taken to another country, tried for who knows what crimes and sentenced to years in prison in who know what country?
I am very concerned and alarmed!
After contemplating these issues for the past few months, I want to share with you why I believe we seem to be powerless to affect any change and to reverse the steady loss of freedom in America.
A number of years ago I saw the movie "Lawrence of Arabia." For those who have not seen it, I suggest that you rent the video and watch it soon. One of the themes of the movie is Lawrence's attempt to turn the Arabs into a united force against a common enemy. He complains that the Arab people will not be a strong nation because they cannot see themselves as anything other than small individual clans or tribes. Each clan has its own agenda and is not able to focus on the greater good of the Arab people as a whole. They really don't have a clear picture of who the enemy is. They behave like their brothers - the other clans or tribes - are the enemy.
A significant problem in the patriot movement has been a lack of focus on who the enemy is. When one reads the plethora of patriot books or publications, it is not clear who the enemy really is. Depending on your point of view, the enemy could be the International Bankers or the Judicial system or the Congress or the President or former Congressmen of decades past or the Queen of England or the IRS or Law Enforcement (formerly known as Peace Officers) or the Rothschilds or the International Monetary Fund - to name a just a few!
Now consider those Attorneys who daily initiate actions against peace loving Americans taking their property and rights with impunity? Could they be the enemy?
It is certain that if we are not sure who the enemy is, we will never attack the enemy and we will never win the War!
Other strategic questions we should ask are: Once an enemy is identified, do we attack the enemy directly or indirectly? From where does the enemy get their power?
(Do we give it to them?) What is the enemy's weakness? In addition, there are a host of strategic decisions that must be made and acted upon to have any hope of defeating any properly identified enemy.
The Enemy Let me suggest who the enemy is and how we might actually win the War to secure our Freedom!
If you go through the list of possible enemies listed above (or some of your favorites I failed to list), how do they obtain power over you? How is it that they can affect your life? I believe we can simplify the battle strategy. Contemplate the following with regards to the BAR Association or Attorneys.
· When you suffer at the hands of the IRS, who is it that prosecutes you and attempts to put you in jail? - A BAR Attorney.
· When you try to enter the Constitution for the United States of America into a tax proceeding as evidence, who is it that denies the entry of said evidence? - A BAR Attorney (Judge)
· If you own a large corporation and you decide to be a taxpayer, who do you get to help you with all the tax rules and regulations or to help you negotiate with the IRS? - A BAR Attorney (maybe a CPA if you are already broke because of previous taxes).
· When your employer refuses to stop withholding taxes from your private paycheck, whose advice did they follow? - A BAR Attorney
· If a Child Protection Services Agent takes your child without your consent and gives that child to another family, who actually approves the placement and attempts to make it binding? - A BAR Attorney (Judge).
· If you miss too many payments on your mortgage, who starts the foreclosure proceedings against you to take your home away from you? - A BAR Attorney
· If you don't pay your property taxes, who attempts to take your home away from you and sell it? - A government BAR Attorney
· When you die, who pilfers away your estate under the cover of probate services? - BAR Attorneys (including Judges)
· When a common activity or practice that has been legal and lawful for thousands of years suddenly becomes a crime under statute, who turned that activity into a crime?
- BAR Attorneys (Congressmen who are members of the BAR)
· When you are accused of committing this (newly created) crime, who initiates an action against you for committing said crime? - A BAR Attorney
· When you are taken before a Judge as one accused of a crime, with whom does the Judge suggest that you confer? - A BAR Attorney
· When one finds it impossible to continue a marriage because one of the marriage partners has breached the marriage covenant, who attempts to take everything the other party has, and attempts to prevent the other's visitation rights with the children? - A BAR Attorney
· Who is the person who initiates and files a criminal complaint against anyone? - A BAR Attorney employed by the Government (you can't file a criminal complaint!)
· When you try to record documents into the County Recorder's Office, who sends you a letter stating why you are not permitted to file said documents into the Public Record? - A BAR Attorney
· How do land use/planning laws aimed at regulating your private property get created and enforced? - BAR Attorneys
· When your customer is stupid enough to pour hot coffee on himself, who attempts to take millions of dollars from you in damages? - A BAR Attorney
· When you have had an accident and you are hurt, who suggests that you can get rich from the unfortunate event? - A BAR Attorney
· When you have a disagreement with your neighbor, instead of leaning over the backyard fence and working out the problem, who do you generally hear from in writing? - A BAR Attorney
· Who can take a simple transaction between two individuals which could be defined on a single 8½" X 11" sheet of paper and creates a complex 30 page contract that no one can read or understand except maybe a Judge? - A BAR Attorney
· When you are bankrupt and need relief from your creditors, who must you hire to file the complicated paperwork? - A BAR Attorney
· If you want to adopt a child and give that child a warm and loving home, who do you get to help you navigate the complicated adoption process? - A BAR Attorney
· If you are arrested and put in jail, who is the only person who can have a private conversation with you (with no one else listening)? - A BAR Attorney 80% of the Attorneys in the World practice law in the USA!
Are you getting the picture?
Even though many of the agencies and organizations mentioned at the beginning of this article are considered to be the enemy, they have no power against you without the BAR Attorneys who make and enforce Statues (often called Law). What power would the IRS, the government, large corporations, and the like have over you without the BAR? Isn't it the BAR Association and their foot soldiers that give these entities their perceived power? Aren't they the real enemies of our Freedom!
If you could find an Attorney to actually fight for your rights, what would that Attorney fear the most? The BAR Association and the threat of losing his license to practice "Statutes!" The BAR can pull their "license to practice" at will and the Attorney is out of work - permanently. Any threat of censure by the BAR and most Attorneys will bail leaving you to the mercy of the wolves - even if you are best friends!
This is the power the BAR Association has over our country. The BAR Association controls who makes and enforces the more than 60 million statutes in the U.S Until recently, the BAR Association made recommendations to the President for appointments to the Bench.
If you could make and enforce the laws in any country of the world, how long would it be before you would control that country?
Three branches of our government have been replaced with the members of a private corporation called The BAR Association. That's TREASON.
If we were to get rid of the BAR (the original 13th amendment could have actually accomplished that), the courts would then belong to the people again. We could pass laws that would prevent Judges from giving themselves immunity from prosecution. We could actually file criminal complaints against government agents without the permission of the government or BAR Attorneys. We could begin to hold public servants accountable for their actions (acts of treason) and take them before a Grand Jury without the permission of a BAR Attorney. We could keep our property! We could enjoy real privacy. We could have confidence that we will not be prosecuted unless we violate someone's property, person or rights.
Wouldn't that be a great way to live?
The Challenge
We patriots are like the Arab clans in the movie "Lawrence of Arabia"? Are we focused on our own problems to the point that we are losing the War? If we do not begin to put aside our personal problems, needs and ambitions for the greater good, we will never become a formidable force against the enemy - the BAR Association.
In addition, let's stop fighting amongst ourselves and focus our energies toward the one goal of getting rid of the BAR Association.
If we can accomplish that, we will get our country back and have the freedom we have longed for these many years.
Let me challenge all patriots to examine what you are personally accomplishing toward winning the War. Is what you are doing helping us get rid of the BAR Association and helping to get our country back? Are you hiring Attorneys? Are you giving them more or less power in your life? Are you filing a host of cases in the Tribunals/courts so the government is justified in hiring more Attorneys, Judges and Prosecutors each year?
What are you doing to bring down the organization that has committed Treason against "We The People?" For the myriad of Patriot organizations out there, I challenge you to examine your products and services and determine which of them can play a strategic role in helping us get rid of the BAR so we can get our country back. Don't focus so much on how your product is better than someone else's but rather focus on what you can sell and support that will accomplish the goal of getting rid of the enemy - The BAR Association.
If a competitor's product is not as good as yours, maybe you could help him/her improve their product rather than criticize their passionate attempts to help others obtain their freedoms. What will it matter if one has the best product(s) in the world and we are all slaves of the One World Government?
Winning the War against the BAR Association is not a difficult task! We are not asking Patriots to come out against "mother and apple pie." We have an enemy who is already hated by most Americans and an easy target to conquer. Why? Because no one (including other Attorneys) likes Attorneys and most Americans agree that America would be a better place without (BAR) Attorneys. Once other Americans understand the Treason the BAR has committed against us, they will join the battle and help us win the War.
We are about to lose our country folks. What will your accomplishments and accumulated savings mean if you are not free to enjoy them? I challenge you to find as many ways as possible to work together with your fellow patriots as a united focused army of soldiers against the Treasonous BAR Association. How? Here are some ideas:
· Work closely with and support other patriots in your community. View all patriots as brothers and sisters and not enemies.
· Don't let your ego dictate how you interface with other Patriots. No one is completely wrong and no one is completely right about anything.
· Approach other Patriots as one willing to learn. After all, there are some patriots out there who have been in the movement for decades and we are nothing but a bunch of kids compared to them. I always learn something from one of these warriors.
· Form study groups so you can learn more about your "unalienable" rights and how to defend them.
· Stay out of the courts! The more cases you file, the more they are justified in hiring more Attorneys, Judges and Prosecutors.
· If you do have to go to a Tribunal, learn beforehand how they will attempt to get power over you by understanding how jurisdiction works and how many patriots unwittingly grant jurisdiction to Judges. This calls for discernment and study, which takes time.
· Lose your fear! Don't let a letter from the IRS blow your day. Take an aggressive stance against government agents who violate your rights. Remember that you are "Mad as Hell and you won't take it any more!"
· Pick your battles wisely. Don't fight everything or you will spend every waking hour of your life preparing for your defense.
· Live your life peaceably so that you have the time to educate and train others in how they can secure their Freedom.
· Make everyone you know aware of the Treason committed daily against American Citizens by BAR Attorneys.
· Educate jurors as to how they can thwart the nefarious objectives and ambitions of Judges and Prosecuting Attorneys.
This is by no means an exhaustive list of ideas but it may be a start. Take the initiative to find strategic ways to eliminate or destroy the effectiveness of the BAR Association.
Everything our forefathers and we have fought for is hanging in the balance.
We have only three or four years before we may lose the War and our Freedom. As soon as 60 or more countries confirm the International Criminal Court, it will be a fact and it will be a part of our lives. It will mean the end to Freedom even we have known as Americans.
Be a real American Patriot and pick up the challenge to work together as a team to do away with the BAR Association and let's save our country before it is too late!
