No matter how you slice it, many think China is involved in the recent outbreak.
Democrats and Republicans might disagree on what to call it, and whether or not China is solely responsible.
But it seems clear China is a major player in this pandemic. This outbreak has already cost the U.S. trillions of dollars.
The shutdown of the economy will result in widespread job loss, and many businesses are already struggling.
Well, one law firm thinks China should be held responsible— at least partly.
Perhaps ironically, it’s the law firm advised by Joe Biden’s younger brother, Francis…
This Miami-based firm just filed a class-action lawsuit against the government of China. And this could be HUGE.

The lawsuit … accuses the government of China of deliberately covering up the outbreak at its onset for their own economic self-interest.
I think that’s a pretty fair allegation, don’t you?
And remember, they’re pushing this as a bipartisan effort. This isn’t about politics or taking sides.
This is about America and what we stand to lose — and it affects absolutely everyone.
Said Berman Law Group chief strategist Jeremy Alters:
We believe that this is not a Democratic issue or a Republican issue. This is an American issue.
The best way to do this is with a bipartisan effort to hold China accountable.
Well, I’m definitely on board. This sounds only logical to me.
I think China must be held accountable, not only to its own people, but to the rest of the world. Whatever we call this virus, its origins appear to be clear, correct?
Furthermore, let’s not forget that China is a communist country. And communist nations often hide or manipulate the truth, from their own citizens and other nations.
For example, there is still some question as to just how big of an impact the virus has had in China.
We may not discover the whole truth for years to come. In the meantime, this law group believes China is at least partially responsible for America’s current situation.
How high could the lawsuit go?
Damages sought from the Chinese government could easily reach trillions of dollars, Alters said.
Considering how much this whole mess is going to cost America, I’d say that’s to be expected. I’d say “trillions” is warranted.
