The American Bar Association released its final evaluation report on Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and it doesn’t offer any good news to Democrats.

As reported by The Daily Caller, the ABA awarded Kavanaugh an unanimous “well-qualified” rating on Friday, which was unmentioned by the mainstream media and Democrats.

Interestingly enough, Democrat leaders were nowhere to be found after Kavanaugh received the highest rating that the organization gives to candidates.

The ABA panel’s evaluation report is based on several measures, ranging from professional competence, integrity, and judicial temperament.

Here’s part of the ABA’s memo detailing how the process works:

“The committee’s objective is to provide impartial peer evaluations of the professional qualifications of judicial nominees in order to assist the Senate Judiciary Committee in assessing whether such individuals should be confirmed by the Senate.”

The committee states that its vetting procedures are rigorous and wide-ranging, adding that legal experts and law professors are encouraged to analyze a candidate’s entire body of work to make a determination.

Ironically enough, the same Democrats who were so invested in stopping Kavanaugh have yet to comment on the ABA giving Kavanaugh its highest score.

It’s also worth noting that Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch, President Donald Trump’s first nominee to the nation’s highest court, also received a “well-qualified” score from the ABA.

So, both of the Justice’s nominated by Trump have received the highest honor given by the ABA.

The ABA quietly releasing their final report on Friday came a few weeks after the U.S. Senate confirmed Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court by a vote tally of 50-48.

Earlier this month, the FBI gave Congress the final report into the supplemental background check, and it revealed that there is no support for the allegations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh.

The FBI’s investigation was in response to several people coming forward in recent weeks with weak allegations against Kavanaugh.

Julie Swetnick wrote in her sworn affidavit that Kavanaugh drugged women, took part in “gang rapes,” and implied that Kavanaugh may have sexually assaulted her in the 1980s at one of the high school parties. Now, she is walking back all three of those assertions, contradicting her original claims.

Despite the two reports from both the FBI and Senate clearing the Justice of any wrongdoing and none of the accuser’s having any evidence to corroborate their claims, Kavanaugh was able to survive an all-out smear campaign.

While liberals did their absolute best to thwart Kavanaugh’s nomination and attack him with baseless allegations, he was still awarded the ABA’s highest rating.

And Democrats are nowhere to be found to discuss the award.
