As far as I last heard 5 months ago, Mr. R. Fine was in the hospital section of the Jail, not in with

general Population.

Gary Zerman, non-practicing Atty. has dir! ect contact with Mrs. Richard Fine.

We had a documented protest for Fine about 9 months ago. see: YOU TUBE: "FREE FINE"

If you are concerned about being taken without REcourse to jail, I would advise you to find an fellow

attorney with a history of successful Writs of H.C. to prepare it in advice, A N D do an interview with

me about the ISSUE.

At least if I document it, after you are incarcerated... I'll be able to give YOUR side of it, because

it is getting increasingly difficult to get Jail house interviews. I tried with Richard FINE, and was denied

right to bring Camera into jail. That was NOT the case prior to 911. And even in 2006, in San Jose

I went to court 5 times, to force judge to order my Jail House Interview with a man, Wm Christopher,

who had been held for 5 years withOUT bench nor J! ury trial. That interview brought phone calls to the

D. A. and Public Pretender-defender, and brought about a compromise that got him OUT, still without

trial by judge or jury.

So If your ready for an INTERVIEW, Call me, before I go ON THE ROAD, and am not available.

I almost called you Friday, but I remmeber that is prep time for your Sabbath and I did not want to

invade your family time.
