PRESS RELEASE

FED AUDITED – And Not By Congress

Five state Republics on relation of the People as individuals have filed suit in Washington D.C. to audit the FEDERAL RESERVE for equities, labor, backing the private money system Federal Reserve. The suit alleges waste, abuse conversion and fraud. Suit may be accessed by web at http://pacer. psc.uscourts. gov/. Case numbers in range from cv10:0004-rjl through cv10:0008-rjl represent the States of North Carolina, Washington, South Carolina, California and Georgia respectively.

Spokesman for the Americans state the individual state relators will accept joinder to the audit under an agreement which will be made public soon.

The group of people from five states purchased a contract from the United States District Court to provide legal process to find out where the value, their labor, has and is being used. This tactic is based on the fact that the United States is a corporation selling the goods and services of a government. The Contract is the complaint which when purchased from the United States agent, the United States District Court, is an obligation of the United States as a whole. The contract is a security, a promise by the United States.

The People are the power as is stated by the state Constitutions. The People, nineteen in number, have taken a stand for every American against the corruption so rampant in the money/bank system.

The Plaintiffs state there will be available zip file laying out how any group in any state may do the same. This will be done under agreement with originators of the suit so that everyone is cooperating for a single issue, a clean money/bank system.

The audit to include bailouts of banks and the questions these Americans raise is simple. Can Americans be forced to pay someone else’s debt, ie. bank bailout? If Americans are forced to pay a bank’s debt so that bank can stay in business, isn’t that slavery to the banks and government? If the tax and enforcement systems do not recognize any American’s right to refuse to pay someone else’s debt, isn’t that slavery? This suit is the statement for any American to say “no” to slavery and use the legal mechanism through their political body to enforce their rights.
