Due to ongoing health challenges greatly exacerbated by attempting to deal with the multiple stressors of pursuing her Florida State lawsuit while attempting to caregive two chronically ill relatives, Carmen Reynolds has unilaterally chosen to have her case voluntarily dismissed without prejudice. This will give her the option of refiling at a later date.
This action may not be the defeat that many may all-too-quickly deem it be:
1. Carnen herself still has the option of refiling the Florida state case;
2. If not, someone else can do it;
3. We now have in place a small core group of legal professionals who will help anyone
who now wishes to file a US state or federal lawsuit against forced vaccinations/
medical martial law.
4. We have shown an ability to credibly expose any attempts to undermine our
efforts;
5. To this day, the State of Florida has not made any significant effort to enforce its
draconian state law for forced vaccinations/medical martial law since Carmen filed
her lawsuit and generated considerable publicity -- both alternative and mainstream --
in so doing.
Point No. 5 demonstrates the importantance of publicity in bringing these cases. Publicity effectively allows those who file these legal cases to bring them into the courts of public opinion as well as into the courts of law, thereby informing the general public who may not be otherwise informed. Publicity also helps protect from harm those filing these cases on behalf of the vaccination truth movement.
We would therefore request that anyone in this network who has a media platform now use it in helping publicize any legal cases filed on behalf of this movement and the general public far more than has so far been evident. The comprehensive federal lawsuit and the
Washington State lawsuit and criminal charges against the Washington State Public Health Secretary are still in play.
We would also request that anyone who wishes to file a US federal or state lawsuit/criminal charges against forced vaccinations/martial law step forward at this time, now that we have a core group that can help you do so without either interference or personal bankruptcy.
