Report of Unlawful Activity on Facebook
My name is Jane Burgermeister and I filed criminal charges with the Auistrian police concerning a vaccine company and contaminated vaccine material, and as a result of my charges, the Austrian police are investigating. I also filed with the FBI.
JoAnne Cremer and David MacLucas set up an advocacy group in my name surrounding these charges without contacting me beforehand or obtaining my permission. I joined in the belief 8which they communicated to me in emails) it was a sincere effort to help a cause I am fighting for but used it very rarely. Now JoAnne Cremer and David MacLucas are making accusations against me that are provably false inside the facebook group without telling me beforehand in emails. I have learned of these from members of the facebook group who are concerned: some of them are accusing me of lying.
I am being systematically and deliberately discredited before the eyes of people who might be sympathetic to my cause and who joined a FB group in my name believing it was run for the support of my cause. I have no administrative password for the facebook group or any other control. I request that my name be removed from the fb group immediately, acknowledging my right to not have my name misused by others in this way. Alternatively, I request the closure of the group as infringing on the rules that government fb groups and membership by turning it into a platform for defamation.

I have a right to my name, to the use of my name in any fb group that purports to be founded on my behalf, and I have the right to insist any group that starts a fb group on my behalf adheres to the general guidelines of fb which is not to misuse fb for malicious or criminal activities. If not, if people who joined my group believing it was to support me are subjected to a barrage of defamation and lies, I have the right for that group to be closed.
This defamation by JoAnne Crember and David MacLucas -- which can be proved as defamation - is a criminal activity and fb should not support a crime or it might expose itself to legal action for giving a platform to defamation and people who are obstructing the course of justice.
I am contacting the police concerning this matter. Jane
