Dear Patrick,

The subject of sentences and convictions of "Holocaust deniers" is the Statute of London from 05.05.1945 and the following "Nuremberg Trial Proceedings, Charter of the International Military Tribunal", especialy the Articles19, 21 and 26!
Article 19 says clearly, that the Tribunal may do what ever it wants without any binding to rules. IMHO this means, that only evidence against the defandants could be admitted.
Article 21 says clearly, that documents should not be proofed of facts of "common knowledge". But what was "common knowledge"??? Knowledge spread by propaganda!
Article 26 says, that the judgement must not be reviewed!
I think this sayes enough - all judgements should be declared Null and Void because the facts were NEVER proofed, but preselected by the Tribunal!!!
