That law firm contracted to represent Larry's elderly mother, but really worked for the jail where he died.

The least the police should have to do after the death of an African American man in its custody is get together and come up with some LIES about how my brother, Larry Neal, a mentally ill heart patient, was killed in Memphis/Shelby County Jail. But thanks to The Cochran Firm, which pretended to be our wrongful death attorneys, we did not even get the courtesy of a lie.
Beware of firms that take the names of famous deceased persons.
