Subject: Today the Judge Ordered Tim Released from Jail Over Prosecutor's Vociferous Objections

Greetings to All Who May be Interested to Know,

That the Judge let Tim out of jail today. I was in court. The ''drama'' of it all was amazing as well as FUN to watch. Nina, my youngest daughter, watched, but she had even less of a clue as to what happened in front of our eyes. My two good friends and I are waiting to see what transpires in the next few days. Much that was said made no sense whatsoever. I will send an update as soon as we have the details. Tim will be home tomorrow. He is elated as we all are. The order to release was faxed. Tim saw that happen and the kind Sheriff's Deputy advised Tim that all was complete. That was this morning @ 10a.m. Tim finally called home at 6:45 p.m. He fell asleep in the holding cell and did not wake up until late this afternoon. Remember that Tim was taken to the City-County Building at 3 a.m. this morning (a journey of less than a mile) for a 9 a.m. court appearance. Until court is over, it is ''unlawful'' to sleep.

More as we learn what really happened. Tim does not know either. Most of what happened was for "show."

This year we will certainly have a reason for Thanksgiving. We will thank Creator God for the return of our son. Tim has been a political prisoner. The judge even threatened to have a psychiatrist declare Tim insane and locked away for years. Perhaps the judge forgot he had already tried that tactic. Tim already passed two sanity tests. In the long run, Tim was the big winner. He has learned more in jail than he would have learned in four years of college, all the while helping countless human beings.

Love and light,

CT

Subject: Indianapolis Marion County Courts closed 11/21/08 for ''TRAINING"

Dear Patrick:

Thank you for posting the information about Timothy.

I did not learn until late last evening that ALL the Indianapolis Marion County Courts are closed today for ''training." This is a first that training should take up an entire day. In October, the courts ceased jury trials, according to not only my son's judge, but also from another, because ''the juries'' were being re-trained.'' All trials ceased for at least two months. Actually, now only very few days appear to be available for jury trials. Could NESARA Constitutional Law be the reason? The court personnel are also changing. This would only be evident to a long time court observer. It is also very interesting to note that the judge on my son's case has lost an incredible amount of weight. He was not necessarily overweight to begin with. Yesterday, he did look much better than in the past few months. Something has obviously been happening behind the scenes. I wonder if other courts around the country have undergone similar transformations. I do think we did make a difference and will report specifically as soon as it is possible. We overwhelmed the court with remarkable paperwork. The power of the ''pen'' is still great!

In love and Light,

CT
