URGENT: Attendance is Needed in Support of our Constitution: Trial in Indianapolis 5/22/08

Tomorrow, Thursday, May 22, 2008, a trial is to be held in Marion County Superior Court F18. (On the Third floor of the City-County Building/west wing in Indianapolis, Indiana)
An innocent young man is to be tried for a crime he did not commit. The alleged ''offense'' is ''Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated." All charges against this innocent young man are FALSE. He has been held in Marion County jail #2 for over a year without access to counsel. Tomorrow is his jury trial, for which he has been denied counsel. The judge in the case has refused to allow a bond to be posted. In order to force a plea, the judge has threatened to place up to a 12 year sentence.
All of the "Discovery''' and ''charges'' for which the judge and the prosecutor made a circus out of, has since been destroyed by his captors.
This is not the only innocent man under these circumstances; however, this man has refused to plea bargain for crimes he did not commit. Others have been released on more egregious charges.
The chaplain of the jail is under fire for spilling the beans on the illegal and unlawful manipulations of our laws. He had proof the Marion County Prosecutor had prepared at least 20,000 arrest warrants. Who knows whose names are on this extensive list?
I am pleading to each and every one of you who values freedom, to understand that what wrongs one , harms us all. Please consider taking time out of your lives to support this innocent man's family and friends, by your presence in the courtroom. The accused has withstood torturous acts while incarcerated. His only ''crime'' has been demanding his Constitutional Rights.
