Events in Indianapolis, Indiana over the last year, are taking on a national significance. This email is in response to Casper\'s update 3/29/08, in which he asks that we all do our part. He specifically requests that judges should be told we are not taking it any more and soon they will be held accountable for their treasonous acts. We are doing just that!

My son has been in jail for over a year. The charges are OUI, but he is totally innocent. The story is too long to explain here. At first we thought my son was the only one in the same sinking boat. The circumstances are quite the opposite. We discovered the corporate conspiracy was against  too MANY innocent men. One man was being forced to take a plea bargain to do 6 years for \"driving\" while his license was suspended. He was in his wife\'s car, in his drive way, while installing a radio in her car.

There is: no bail, lawyers have been threatened, actual torture of inmates by corporate jail personnel, drugging, crooked and forced public defenders, arrests from the court\'s audience, confiscation of mail, murder attempts, bugging of telephones, refusal to acknowledge court filings and motions, unlawful ex parte hearings, intimidation by courtroom representatives, abuse and assault by sheriff\'s deputies, and even the arrest of someone acting on behalf of the Federal District Court. The list goes on and on. The effect is there is absolutely no \"DUE PROCESS.\"

Well now, all hell is about to break loose. We have not been good slaves. We have not so quietly worked to expose the money making scam and intent to imprison the American people. On this Monday, 3/31/08, my son goes back into court and will be armed with facts. He has finally successfully banished all BAR attorneys, much to the dismay of the crooked judge. The Public Defender\'s Office has refused to represent my son, because \"this man has a 13 1/2 million dollar lawsuit against me.\" This was said in open court by A.J. Reiber the Public Defender. The audience laughed, but it is not a joke. This is not even the half of it.

We have involved a DC based organization The Police Complaint Center (www.policeabuse.com), the FBI, US Department of Justice (criminal Division), the US District Court, and have filed a civil lawsuit against the Sheriff and the jail, in addition to opening up a \"center\" for complaints here in Indy, where men can write. At first mail was not allowed in or out...until the Police Complaint Center got involved. We have much proof of what has been happening, in the form of documents, recordings, notes from court proceedings and many witnesses.

The Sheriff, until recently, had oversight over all police in the city. This situation allowed him to incarcerate human beings, keep them in jail, and then sell their homes at the Sheriff\'s sale. As of the end of January, that power has been transferred to the newly elected mayor...who may or may not be a good guy.

Now many, many men in the jail have been informed by my son as to the true nature of our \"government.\"  They are also banishing their Public Defenders and declaring that they are not who the prosecutor says they are.(The stupid prosecutor put in a motion to have my son finger-printed.) We have been fighting the corporation for a year and Monday my son will state the facts...if allowed. The first question to the judge last June was \"Do you have an oath to support the Constitution of the United States and of this State?\" The judge went silent for quite a while and then actually refused to answer. The second question was in reference to a Supreme Court case stating the a human being and the person were not the same thing. The judge went crazy and my son was nearly tased for that question.

The point I wish to make is my son is one brave young man. He has not caved in at all. He is doing this for his own sake, of course, BUT he is doing this because he believes in what he is doing and wants us to return to Constitutional Courts...Article III Courts. Down with Admiralty or Banking Law.

Please accept my apologies for the length of this email message. I have shortened it too much as it is. The situation is far more complicated. The fact is there have been recent events which may indicate we have made headway. I witnessed a change in the courts just this past week. An inmate in the jail said just yesterday of this one judge \"Man, he isn\'t the same dude. He is being nice...all loving!\" Could it be the judge is about to enter another dimension?

I do believe the Jesters, who are headquartered here, have something to do with this cabal. An ex cop runs the Indianapolis Mafia, there is rampant drug use, prostitution, in addition to all sorts of criminal enterprises. Even the jail is used for drug sales and sex. This is all very sick. Several of us here are working to get this information out. If it became known what we are doing here, I am certain the exposure would go very far to assist other cities which are being destroyed under maritime law rules. They follow their own rules...which evidently are secret. They follow no Constitution, codes, statutes, laws, court procedure court rules. They must be following secret corporate by-laws. If we play their game, we must have a copy of their rules.

We cannot wait until NESARA is announced. To heck with the money...we only want our Constitutional government back!
