Subject: Dealing with court issues This is an interesting report from Australia on handling the "disciplinary" corporate court system where the "slaves" are disciplined for disobedience, and a means to enrich the coffers of government in violation of the unalienable rights of man - including the right of due process. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
From Mark in OZ
Wot a beauty! Just got off the phone from Ray. He just explained how he told a friend to tell another friend in Townsville, a truckie, to only enter a plea in court of 'GUILTY TO THE FACTS' (as some of you know), which means you are maintaining the honour of all parties by not arguing with anyone, AND saying you want to settle and close the matter and instruct all parties to do the same without saying so which allowed the magistrate to close the account by access to the guy's exemption account) and the matter was dismissed. Case was a traffic offense.
What was amazing is he didn't even have to say "please give me an accounting of all the bonds in this particular matter" - which is more evidence that you wish to honourable settle and close the matter without saying so, and it was still dismissed. I believe this will go like wild fire throughout Australia now throught the truck driver network, but maybe the cabbies on this email might cause a bushfire among their lot too. This was good news Best Regards Marko
