THE GOVERNMENT CANNOT PROTECT YOUR ACTIONS WHEN THE PROOF OF YOUR AUTHORITY IDENTIFIED BY CONSTITUTION IS NOT PRESENT, WHICH MEANS YOU, MR. and MS. SYSTEMITE – "ARE ON YOUR OWN!".
The first statement is very very simple to understand. Given the fact there is no authority in state and federal Constitutions to regulate the people in their daily lives in any manner whatsoever, calls out the fact that you cannot be forced to give up your consent to be governed. The systemite must produce his authority, otherwise he’s denying you the right to choose what political structure you belong too. "The peoples Constitutions created the political bodies that all systemites serve." 'We the People' do not have the authority to regulate our neighbors, which means we could not give that authority to the governments we created.
The second statement is also very easy to understand, once the fundamentals are exposed. The systemite on the highway asking for your license and registration, is enforcing statutes written by the state. When the people are not identified in the legislative section of the state or federal Constitution as being subjects or objects cognizable under legislative powers, then the systemite is attempting to draw you into a regulatory system. The regulatory system is inferior to the 'Peoples’s Constitutions'. Thus, the systemite is enticing you into involuntary servitude where you have no access to the fundamental law of the people.
The third statement is also relatively easy to understand once the fundamentals of the law are recognized. "All government offices are immune from prosecution." The reason for this is that the offices belong to the people and are neutral at all times. These offices are merely words on paper that do nothing without a live human being serving them. The simple fact is that we as mankind in service to those offices are not immune for acts or omissions outside the legitimate operations of public office. When the individual systemite acts outside their delegated authority, he or she becomes personally liable to whomever that affects. "This understanding ties the first three elements together into a very nice tight package."
The fourth statement is fair warning – otherwise known as due process to the systemite that you are dealing with – that his employer (whatever government agency), cannot pay for damages that the individual systemite causes when they operate outside the legitimate powers of their office. The reason for this is that no one can authorize or cover up a violation of law, without becoming a co-conspirator in the felony.
"The way this is executed from our position is very very simple." File a TORT claim under the standard practice in forms of either the state or federal government. The cause of the TORT is, "you have been denied access to and protection of the law of the people, our Constitutions". The individual systemite in forcing statutes and case law on you when the legislative section does not authorize the people to be subject nor objects of legislation, is the TORT.
The TORT claim requires evidence that the TORT was committed. That is very simple as well. The public record created by the systemites that fails to identify the law protecting you and your activities under the 'People's Constitutions', first, last and always, is the proof that They’re holding you to involuntary servitude.
The failure to identify the fundamental law – the authority and power for government to act identified by constitution – is the highest TORT possible.
